An absolutely splendid inn. Beautiful suite. Everything was so comfortable and the owners were very kind. The parking lot is tiny, but it’s great that it even has one! We will be back!

The absolute best. I won’t stay anywhere else in SB. I never write reviews but went out of my way for this. The customer service is fantastic. All of the staff is more than kind, they have bikes to use at your leisure, snacks and water in the lobby, the rooms are clean and it’s right by the beach. Can’t ask for anything more unless you want a private chef, and even that I’d bet they’d be able to arrange for you.

Harbor House Inn in Santa Barbara exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the cozy room, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance of the Funk Zone and downtown. Overall, a fantastic experience at Harbor House Inn, thanks to Cody and the attentive staff.

We have been going to the HH for many years and absolutely love it. The service by the family owned business is spot on. Coty and team always make us feel at home. The bikes were very fun and the extra added touches are wonderful.
Rooms: All rooms are unique. It's a boutique inn.
Walkability: Close to beach, train and downtown.

This was the coziest spot with the best service. When our neighbors partied all night (which we were told is not the normal clientele) and kept us from sleeping, we talked to the office and they were able to move us into a different (even bigger) room free of charge for the next night. Amazing service. Coffee in the rooms, bathroom amenities, free bike rentals, all you can ask for. Super walkable to the great eats and drinks and the beach. Worth the splurge and way nicer than a hotel. Highly recommend this place!

Location is close to the beach and many restaurants too. Rooms are cozy and very cute, they also have everything one may need during the stay

Fabulous stay and so hard to leave! Support this wonderfully run family business and take advantage of the bikes! Best way to get around such a wonderful place! Staff is superb!!!

I can not say enough good things about the Harbor House Inn! All of the reviews are right. This place is the real deal. Everything was perfect! The room was spotless and VERY comfortable. The setting is ideal, which includes thoughtful seating areas throughout the property. There's a basket of snacks that was always stocked full in the lobby area. Just help yourself! Also, they let you borrow bikes and beach chairs for no cost! No resort fees, none of that here, just a great place to stay for a very fair price. Also, the location is perfect, one block from the beach and fantastic spots for breakfast! I want to go back already! I'd DEFINITELY recommend the Harbor House Inn! I'd give a review of 6 stars if I could!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is tight but for a quaint place it's worth it.
Nearby activities: The beach,the pier and restaurants.
Walkability: Walkable to restaurants. If you can walk for a good distance you can walk to downtown or even the "Funk Zone" where there is wine tastings and Mico breweries.

We loved our stay here! The manager/owner gave us great recommendations on hikes in the area! The location is perfect and walkable into town but quiet in the evenings. The room was perfect. We used their complementary bikes to ride to the butterfly beach and it was awesome! Would stay here again and recommend to friends/family! Thanks!
