Great place, excellent location. Staff super friendly and helpful . Helped us techno challenged guys check-in . That was a new experience for us, overall amazing place and a great price/rate for room .

We had a great time and the location was amazing, so close to everything. It was a little loud at night to due to being in the heart of everything. Outside of that great experience.

Loved the decor and the nautical/ beach vibe. Would be great for a destination wedding set up. The outdoor lounge is full of character and is very inviting
Food & drinks: Walking distance to State street where their are lots of restaurants and shops

Cute, clean and convenient!
Mini fridge and microwave, hairdryer and other thoughtful amenities. Helpful staff assisted me we my little stumbles with check-in and parking apps. Great location!
Walkability: Super location- easy walk to all lower State Street has to offer. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

I NEVER write bad reviews however please read before you book. You are only paying for location and a comfortable bed. Upon check-in, and after a long day of flying, we pulled our luggage into the lobby and we weren’t even greeted by the woman sitting and supposedly working in the hotel. We walked in, and she didn’t even say hi to us ,
She had her AirPods in and was on her iPad, and there was no one else in the lobby, so you can’t even blame that it was busy, and we stood there for about 3 to 4 minutes and finally she was like are you checking in? She told us to download this app in a very rude way, didn’t even ask us how our trip was when we just got in. She literally was silent. after we figured out how to check in ourselves. She never told us about the hotel or what it came with. She never asked us if we wanted some recommendations. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. And this says a lot because I travel every month. I would NEVER stay here again due to the sole fact of the front desk staff.

Cheap motel converted into a mediocre hotel, which is livable but the customer service is extremely poor. Zero flexibility for customer who try to cancel 1 hour past the deadline. I get it the rules are the rules, but Jesus, even Marriot will say we can't give you a refund for the first day, or first two days, but we're glad to give you credit for the last two days and have you stay with us again. Small situation bust a microcosm of overall management and guest experience.

Great location and vibe ! Extremely walkable to restaurants and shops around ! But this hotel is self service for check in and check out using an App.

Ridiculous check-in process. They will refuse to give a physical key and require an app to access your room. The app requires access to your phone and tracks location, pretty invasive for a hotel. The room and location are nice though.
Edited to 1 star since I had to download another app to park.

Close to State street but it’s extremely noisy in the rooms until the wee hours of the morning when bars close. Check in service was non existent. Be prepared to do everything yourself on your phone including downloading an app to be able to know what room you’ve been assigned and enter it. Good luck to anyone without a smartphone. It’s a flipped motel best for kids to crash in after a night of partying and should be advertised and priced as such. The room was at least clean.
