Walked in here a little past 5pm today. Three young employees were there and not one of them greeted or acknowledged me. Then I browsed for over 10 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. No one asked if I needed help because they were busy talking. Honestly prob will shop online from now on because what’s the point of walking into a store if the customer service is non existent ?

I’m an avid FP shopper and love to pop in to this location when I’m on vacation. I looked straight up at the two girls (employees) in the afternoon on December 28th- not a single greeting whatsoever- they just babbled on and on about their “Urgent Care” experience. I left empty-handed and went directly over to Anthro where I was smothered with attention.

For such a small FP store it has a lot to choose from! It has a great vibe and friendly staff. Love my new sweater :)

Horrible service. Walked in, walked towards the front, made eye contact with two workers jabbering away, and they couldn’t take a second to say hello or welcome me to the store. Walked right out, empty handed. Visited the afternoon of 12/27.

My sister bought me a sweater for Christmas, I didn't like the way it fitted. Went to take it back two days after Christmas I didn't have a receipt. It was a present, I didn't want my sister to know I was going to exchange it with out a receipt they wouldn't let me exchange it for something else. I would feel really bad if I had to ask for a receipt, you would think with Christmas gifts they would realize very few people have a receipt, I will never shop in this store again

I went on the Yelp site to get directions and was shocked by what people said. I listened to it but I have to make my own decisions. I went in there and was promptly greeted, helped by more than one person, and all of my questions were answered. I was able to make a quick and painless return and everything in the store was absolutely fine. I will be back. Their sister store is also a couple doors down and you can decide which store better serves your taste.

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. The sales staff are always friendly and attentive. However the selection is severely lacking. It's a tiny store and I rarely find anything I want. I mainly go there to return items I bought online. I wish they had a wider selection and variety of styles.

What a disappointment! The clothes and Decor was awful. Don't waste your time at this one you're better off getting your Freepeople clothes at TJ maxx

Great and clean store that is more on the expensive side, but has good quality clothing and worth the investment. Most of the pieces can be worn in multiple different ways and for different occasions! The staff was friendly and were wearing masks. Easy street parking around the area

I have come here a couple of times within the last year and the staff here is rude and unwelcoming... I understand the pandemic and what's going on but no reason to disregard customers and act like you don't see them...

The worst free people ever! Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Free people is my favorite clothing brand and it is a shame the employees here are so insolent. I work for a very prestige company in retail and the thought of not greeting guests as they walk in my store? Unthinkable. All you have to say is hello or welcome in. Such a bad/ugly look for these girls to be so inattentive and lacking mannerism. I wanted to buy a jacket and a couple tops but then I would've been talking to myself at check out so I walked out instead. I think it's time for this manager and the company to clean some house or maybe hire a new hiring director actually.
