Fred’s team rescued my grandma’s nineteen thirties mini Ottoman and we’re deeply grateful. We provided the fabric, thank you Raoul, and Fred’s upholstery matched and provided the leather. Two weeks and the ottoman is ready for a new life. All at great value too. Can’t speak too highly of the team. Elizabeth and crew have rescued an heirloom that gives great pleasure and enjoyment. Thank you for undertaking this fun job for us.

I am so thrilled with the upholstery work from Fred's Upholstery. My living room chair and ottoman are so beautifully restored! The fabric is luxurious and the padding is perfect. Working with the team was a joy from start to finish. The work was done on schedule. It was easy to drop off and pick up the items as well. I am so happy with the outcome! I hope I have the opportunity to use their services again in the future.

They did an excellent job including very oddly shaped cushions for our bunks. The price was fair, the measurements perfect, the stitching straight and strong. This family business is a true Santa Barbara gem!

We just had our second upholstery project delivered and installed from Fred’s, and once again we are thrilled with the beautiful, professional results. This time we had two oversized Ralph Lauren chairs and large ottoman recovered in rich black leather selected from their showroom… the pieces came out FANTASTIC. We are so happy, and Sergio and Elizabeth are delightful to work with.

When it came time to have our two wing-back chairs, ottoman, and bench in our living room reupholstered, we embarked on a long search to find fabrics that we liked and an upholstery shop that could do the job. We found both at Fred’s Upholstery, thanks to the friendly service, competency, and skilled workmanship we received there from Elizabeth and Sergio. They were simply the best! We are delighted with every aspect of the reupholstery work that they did for us.

Sergio at Fred's Upholstery has redone multiple pieces for me and the work has been excellent. He has created custom seating and pillows for a reading nook, custom headboards in two rooms, reupholstered Saarinen executive chairs (which have very difficult curves), and now has created a perfect slip cover to a 1964 extra long, trim sofa. Each of the jobs was done with great skill, forethought, and communication. If you have to have slipcovers made or furniture reupholstered, go to Fred's, you will not be disappointed with the work.

Fred’s Upholstery did such an amazing job on our chairs. We had two sets of chairs from different tables and a small set of bistro chairs. We wanted to use the same fabric on them all. They matched the pattern on all of the sizes of chairs and made the seats a little bigger on the smaller chairs. It looks so great I was so impressed with the craftsmanship! Had a birthday party for 12 and they were a big hit! They squeezed us in to finish them for the party. Can’t wait to use them again.
