I started training with Meiki about 5 or 6 weeks ago. Not only do I exercise for physical health reasons, but I also exercise for my mental health. Meiki has stepped in as my life coach, not just training my body, but also my mind. My weekly sessions with her help me to stay grounded and are helping me navigate my own mental health journey.I could not recommend her enough. She is a FULL package: life, fitness, diet, mental health you name it she can train you.

I have been training with Fitness Transform for about a year now. I have made huge progress in my health and fitness. So far I’ve lost 45 lbs and with my new flexibility and core strength my golf handicap has dropped from an 11 to a 7. The results speak for themselves!!!

I have been training with Mikki for the last year and a half and I cannot say enough about how great a trainer she is. I am now in the best shape of my life and it just keeps getting better. This is a tough workout, it is hard but Mikki gets results and I am loving feeling strong and losing weight. About a year in I had some health issues and surgery that Mikki worked with me throughout and now I am stronger than ever. Finding Fitness Transform has changed my life!

I’ve known Luis for a very long time and have had the privilege to watch him grow as a professional and chase his passion. He is extremely personable and knows how to connect with people. Earlier this year, I swallowed my pride and went to him for help. Being a full time employee, part time college student, a husband and father to a baby boy, created an extremely busy and sometimes chaotic lifestyle. When it came to nutrition and exercise, I always had excuses to fall back on due to my busy schedule. “I’m busy”, “Too much going on..” This led to higher stress levels, poor nutrition, zero exercise routines and no balance in my life. It was all work, no play. Once I began meeting with Luis, we were able to find what worked with my schedule and made goals to make incremental progress. At first, it was purely diet since I didn’t have time for the gym. We stuck with a game plan and results immediately began to show! He was extremely flexible, understanding and motivational through this process. He continued to motivate me throughout my journey and provided excellent tips along the way. I am proud to say that I was able to pass my final semester, graduate from the U (Go Utes), continue to excel at my job and lose 30+ pounds at the same time. This not only helped transform my body, but also my ability to think clearly and focus on the task at hand. I would recommend Luis to anyone who is looking to change their lifestyle for the better. Life is short and it’s important that we take care of our bodies so that we can live long and happy lives. Luis can help you reach your goals! He did for me and I am very thankful for it! I first came to Mikki in 2012 with lower back problems and extreme inflexibility. I had a few sessions and experienced incredible progress in only a couple weeks but then had to leave Santa Barbara as I was home on vacation from out of state. Fast forward to 2018 and I've reconnected with Mikki and have rocketed past where I was before, am significantly more flexible and have increased my functional strength which is so much more meaningful than simply doing curls in a gym. Mikki's classes are tailored to individual students and I really feel that she cares about each individual's evolution and physical health. I highly recommend Mikki for anyone looking to lose weight, build functional strength, build core strength and add a varied cardio routine to their weekly schedule. Thank you Mikki!

I walked into Fitness Transform in pain and one hour later I was pain-free. You may ask how is that possible? Two words: Mikki Reilly. Mikki evaluated my hip and taught me how to properly stretch, foam roll and eliminate inflammation. From there she addressed my entire body, my diet, and a variety of supplements. Weight loss was my original goal, but after working with Mikki both privately and in Group Class (where she gives everyone individual attention) my entire life has changed. Not only does Mikki push me to the max, she also empowers me with her knowledge and research that makes Fitness Transform the most professional experience of my training life. One more thing: Watching Mikki demonstrate proper kettle bell form is poetry in motion.

I have worked with Mikki several times over the past couple of years. I was seeking a facility to do some strength training a couple of times per week and came across Mikki on Yelp. Based on her reviews I made an appointment with Mikki and began a training program with her. I HIGHLY recommend Mikki if you are seeking a fitness trainer. She is very professional, has a great experienced eye for ensuring that you work out with proper form, and she maintains a very nice and clean facility. You will definitely experience positive results working with Mikki.

Knowing I'm under the guidance of a true professional with extensive knowledge and experience has been life changing. Mikki Reilly's expertise gives me the peace of mind to know I'm in the best possible hands. I have early stage osteoporosis and Mikki is helping me build muscle and bone strength. My one on one sessions with Mikki are challenging but never intimidating because Mikki is extremely patient, positive and encouraging. I began training with Mikki 8 months ago. A friend recommended Mikki to me because she thought that I would enjoy fitness training with her. She was right! My primary goals have been strength training, balance, range of motion, and learning how to attain comprehensive, overall fitness. Moreover, I wanted to increase my level of fitness and understand how to maintain it. Mikki has already helped me make progress on my personal goals. We have worked together on what exercises I can do at home and while traveling. She also works with your diet. I was already gluten-free, and she urged me into a paleo diet, which I have adopted happily. Her approach is totally comprehensive. I look forward to every training session! I wholeheartedly recommend her!

When I began with Fitness Transform eight months ago, it was with layers of complex injury patterns secondary to scoliosis, and years of intensive yoga practice which had ultimately destabilized an already hypermobile SI joint, causing me to lose my practice entirely. I knew that I desperately needed strength training, however past attempts with conventional gyms and trainers, only lead to more debilitating injury, and I feared what was looking more and more, like a painful and sedentary future. On an instinct and a leap of faith, I met with Mikki and decided to give her a chance - from the outset, she worked collaboratively with my physical therapist and I, designed intelligent, attainable goals, and instilled in me a meaningful hope that I could achieve the pain-free physical integrity I sought; her methods are impeccable. We have identified the root-causes of the dysfunctional movement patterns and developmental discrepancies sustaining the injuries, and are correcting those imbalances. When occasional relapse occurs, it is not only with lesser frequency, but lesser duration - I have the tools and skills to work through the injury unassisted! Finally, autoimmune hypothyroidism had made it virtually impossible to lose weight, no matter how “restrictive†my caloric intake and I have now lost over twenty pounds following the paleo diet plan she recommends. At forty-eight years old, I look and feel great, my energy is back, and my thyroid symptoms [chronic exhaustion, inflammation, poor concentration] are pretty much non-existent. Mikki has instilled in me a way of living that really works, and she is the best investment I could have possibly made, for both my present, and future quality of life!

I just completed my 30-day Slimdown with Mikki. Tough, but absolutely amazing. I always thought I ate well and I have been doing hard cardio for 30 years. I finally understand why I couldn't lose weight, had joint pain and didn't feel well. My entire body feels better than it has in 20 years - gut health, joints, back and confidence. Mikki is not just another trainer. Her one on one attention to your specific body, diet and lifestyle makes all the difference. Her approach is very different and she is the "firmest" soft-spoken person I've ever met!

When I started at Fitness Transform I was slowly gaining weight. Unable to run off the pounds and reduce my body fat. Now I'm losing weight and gaining muscle. I feel and look better. The Kettle bell work outs are new, interesting, challenging and rewarding. The classes are small and intimate. Mikki's recommendations on diet and nutrition are spot on. If you're in the market to improve your fitness, strength and appearance, then Fitness Transform is for you. It's not the cheapest, but it is worth every penny.
