Fit Buddha has amazing teachers that each bring a unique and different energy to the room. The staff always goes the extra mile to make sure you have a positive experience. It is great for all fitness levels because you can modify the workout to your level of pilates. I highly recommend Fit Buddha.

I have been going to Fit Buddha on and off for about ten years. The mega former work out is the best whole body exercise I have ever experienced. When I started I had body pain due to stress, grief and loss. Within two sessions my body pain disappeared and I felt as if I was coming back to life. More recently during Covid, I have been going to Marcus for private sessions. He has been helping me perfect my form and has been working with my hip arthritis- I haven't had any hip pain since we started. I have gained back my strength and flexibility after spending two years sitting at my desk at home. Marcus graciously agrees to wear a mask so I feel safe. I highly recommend both the group classes and private sessions. I love Fit Buddha!

Absolutely love Fit Buddha!!! I was a Pilates instructor in LA and wanted to start working out again after moving to SB. I saw they had the unbelievable deal for first month unlimited. The reformers and routines deliver the best work out! Awesome teachers who are knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks Fit Buddha for helping me to get back into shape and meet a lot of great people!

Most amazing welcoming place to workout and get fit in Santa Barbara.I found Fit Buddha while visiting SB from hawaii. I was so happy to find this studio and meet the teachers here. I had a fantastic workout and felt immediately a part of a wonderful community. I really felt the aloha spirit at this studio - something I did not expect to find in this area!I only wish there was a studio in hawaii so it could be my home studio to workout at.

Definitely the worst Lagree Pilates studio I have been to... I don't want to name any instructors, but one instructor was super unclear in her directions. Literally every student was looking around the room, completely confused, unsure of what positions the instructor was trying to do. Then when she finished, students had to remind her of positions she missed (she did some on the first side, not the second). Another instructor I tried was sooo unfriendly. I literally walked in and could not tell who the instructor was. I literally thought to myself "the instructor must have gone to use the bathroom." Then as class started, it turned out the instructor was actually sitting on a student's megaformer chatting away, not acknowledging anyone who entered the room. She literally did not greet a single student. I think in all the fitness classes I have ever been to, this instructor was the least friendly I have ever encountered.

I've been going to Fit Buddha for about a month now, which is surprising because I did not want to come back after the first class. Why? Because it's a hard workout (for me anyways). I talked myself into going back after a few days since I didn't like the idea of giving up so fast and I needed to stop making excuses about working out. With that being said, I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants a challenge or something different from a traditional gym.For context, I'd never done any yoga or pilates classes and it took me some time to figure out the machine, but you eventually get the hang of it. The instructors are extremely helpful and they create such a positive atmosphere that I actually want to go workout now.

Great work out targeting all the right stops in a short time and you look great fast with consistent effort and pushing past your brain to the power your body holds! Love it! Be sure to add in some extra stretching helps a lot too!

I just love Fit Buddah ! I was beginning to get constant back pain in my yoga classes and went to fit buddah to improve my core strength and it worked wonders ! The classes are the perfect length and intensity to get a great workout during my lunch break .I highly recommend this place

I LOVE this place. I typically dislike group workouts and classes BUT not in this case. The workouts are challenging but also provide a space for the participants to quiet their minds. I find the workouts relaxing and empowering. When I leave I am proud of myself for completing the workout, I feel strong, and happy! And after about 6 workouts I started to see changes in my body. I highly recommend Fit Buddha if you want to be fit and feel the peace of the buddha.

Great workout! I’m from out of town but come to SB at least once a year and try to get to Fit Buddha. Marcus taught a great spin/megaformer combo class; and was super friendly too.

I have been to many cycle classes, and one of my very favorite is Natalie's at Fit Buddha. She is energetic and tough, and always motivating - with great music! The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
