Quickest and easiest oil change! They even vacuumed my car! Staff was very efficient and didn't try to push any unnecessary services. In and out in about 30 minutes!

Recently took my 1996 Acura Figueroa Street Auto Care after having searched reviews and calling several shops. I decided on Fig St Auto after speaking with Hector. I needed a starter motor replacement which is no minor undertaking on my car. The CV axel and front end suspension components needed to be removed in order to get to the starter motor.I needed my car back by the weekend as I was going out of town. Hector said he would get it done. I brought the car in on Tuesday an hour before closing. I get a call on Wednesday at 3:00 with Hector saying it was done. I was thrilled. Everything works perfectly!When Hector quoted me the price it was reasonable. The finished job turned out to be less. How often does that happen?Figueroa Street Auto Care has a new and loyal return customer now. I recommend it highly.Dan

I wanted to change a light on my car. Hector welcomed me but wasn't very nice at all. He sighed, explaining he had no time. I can tell that i was bothering him. When i asked if i needed to take an appointment, he even told that it wasn't necessary like saying i don't have time for that. He advised me to come by a morning to see if he could take care of me, but i think he was hoping i won't be back.Honestly, the way he replied, i am not interested in coming another time. Too bad, i also had my breaks to check.I saw an advertising in a magazine, that's why i came. So wondering why doing advertising if no time to take care of clients!!!!!

STAY AWAY! I just have gotten new tires and needed an alignment but since I was going out of town due to an emergency I needed it ASAP. I called ahead and asked for a quote for an alignment and they went ahead and took me in the same day. I went and picked up my car and they told me that they did a "partial alignment" I was confused so I asked Hector what did he mean by a partial alignment and he said that the alignment was done but they need a special part to complete it and that it would be $450 for the special part? As I was driving off, I noticed that my car was making a squeaking sound when I would break and I called Hector and I let him know, and I came back the next day since they were closing. Keep in my mind my car is brand new and it NEVER made the squeaking noise before (My husband pointed out the squeaking as well when I picked him up) I told Hector this was not happening prior to bringing my car in and he did denied that it had anything to do with their work. THEY BROKE the pistons in my caliper!!!! They did not have the right tools to perform the alignment on a dodge charger! This should had been brought to my attention when I called and inquired about this. My uncle is a mechanic (he doesn't do alignments) and he had to fix it! I still had to pay MORE money to get the parts!! Not cool AT ALL! take your car to a place where they wont try to scam you!

Hector and crew were amazing! They had my new tires at an excellent price the very next day after I called! Hector is so quick to inspect and repair every issue I've ever had with my car! Outstanding service! They will always go the extra mile to check the condition of my brakes and other parts to maintain! Love them! Ethical and thorough! Winning combination!

I took my car in for a simple wheel alignment, but when I picked it up, it was in a much worse state. I'm not sure what they did, but when I collected it, all the warning lights were on, and the car was barely drivable. While the steering wheel was a bit off before, at least the car felt solid. The mechanic tried to blame a previous alignment from two years ago and didn't offer to help me.He wanted me to bring the car back so he could take a look at it, but I don't trust this place with my car anymore. Don't get me wrong, he was honest about what had happened and offered to fix it, but it was frustrating to be left with a car that was barely drivable when I definitely needed it over the weekend.

Funny thing happened when attempting to schedule brake service through Yelp! with this business based upon wonderful reviews (one by a personal friend)... I got a text response from a very friendly fellow who indicated he was the owner, "under new management" with a widely-recognized business name. Great, I had a coupon for $$$ off a front brake service! I verified the address, was given a reasonable quote and made the appointment, all by text.However...When I showed up at the appointed time, Hector had no knowledge of the appointment! Apparently Yelp! farms out to other businesses for like services.No worries, Hector scheduled me right away, honoring both the other business' quote *and* the coupon! Plus I ended up with the quality service that I had anticipated.Hector now has my trust. I expect I'll be back the next time my (aging) pickup needs service.

Hector and crew are a dying breed of honest and reliable auto repair specialist. They have fixed so many of my auto problems I can't even count or thank them enough! Tires, breaks, clutch, alignments, oil changes, AC, Ignition Coils these guys can handle it all. Don't trust anyone else until you've gotten an answer from Figueroa Complete Auto!!!
