Fathi is awesome. Genuinely, it's been a pleasure to have met and built a relationship with him. Great conversations and stories can be had there, along with a wide variety of your "grab and go" convenience needs on the Westside of Santa Barbara. The early bird DOES NOT catch the written here though!
