Denied shipping my package. Was needing to mail a deer skull to my taxidermist. He recommended to use FedEx as it’s his priority method of receiving them. This FedEx was squirmish and told me it’s not their policy. Ups took it no problem.

I used this location as my home base to rent gear through. It was a 15-box order that they assisted to make sure I received everything and that everything was sent back properly. Blanca treated us like family and we will be happy to do business with them in the future.

Had a big job with multiple pages and needed folders for it. The young woman at the counter was friendly and had great customer service. Helped the job that I brought in that much easier for me. Definitely will be coming back for other projects.

EDIT: I was given incorrect information. Had to deal with centralized customer service. Long story short, my package couldn't be shipped, and I have to pick it up and try elsewhere. Won't go to one star because at least they caught the problem on time.Original: Ashley was single-handedly dealing with several not-so-easy clients. She was extremely helpful to each of them and didn't complain (I would've lost my mind!) FedEx was able to do custom visa pictures well and at a decent price; I just had to cut them. Highly recommended!

Been coming here for YEARS - just had the worse customer service experience on the phone with a woman there right now as I’m writing this.The FedEx website is down when you go to select a lab office location and I was asking if I could email them to print and I’d pick up. The woman told me there would be a rush fee and then asked me how many pages it was for my documents.She then proceeded to sigh and obviously flustered because I was having to tally up my page count. As I told her I was doing this, she proceeded to tell me I could just order online, which you can’t do because of the error on the FedEx website.The woman then proceeded to ramble, maybe too much caffeine I don’t know I’m just taking a wild guess.It became apparent that they didn’t want to do the job so I’m going to local printer instead from now on when possible.It serves its purpose for self print, but whoever that woman is, could use some training on customer service.

Joset is incredible and helped me accomplish a difficult project creating my own wedding invitations. She helped me scan, change colors, and print double sided invites.Came out better than I could have hoped. I would not have been able to do it without her.Thank you!

I came here to get funeral programs and some signs printed. Emmanuel helped me. He was super knowledgable and easy to work with. We got the job done in a few days even with July 4 holiday. The rest of the crew here also seemed great. Thank you.

another outstanding experience at this specific FedEx, the individuals that work there are amazing with customer service. I always feel supported and helped out in such an awesome way, totally makes the printing and shipping process, simple and stress-free. I just wanted to give another shout out to these guys for making my day brighter and my list of to do's much easier.

I’ve experienced great long term customer care and service with Josette & Co. at this State Street FedEx location. They are all professional, experienced, patient and kind. They’ve shared custom boxes, troubleshooting, tips to help efficiencies and friendly smiles and fist bumps all along the way. I highly recommend this crew and locale.
