No waiting in line at SBA. Was offered a pickup which I’m fine with, especially since it only had 12 miles on it. Had to extend my drop off by 2 hours and was not charged to do so. Pickup and drop off were easy and hassle free.

I am a regular customer of Enterprise. Whenever I come into SB to visit my son I rent from this company at the SB airport location. Each time they try to switch my original car request/reservation to a car they are trying to unload, specifically the Challenger. I am a woman traveling alone and I feel they repeatedly try to take advantage of me. When I decline the Challenger car they tell me how I'll have to wait for car returns. Eventually I get something decent.This last visit they charged me for fuel although I filled up prior to return. I spoke with Nick and he reversed the charge and gave me an additional refund for all the hassle. However, after the credit was put through they reversed it on my credit card, re-charged me!This is fraud and I have contacted corporate about it. I spoke to someone at the SB counter and they said they would get back to me and didn't. I have been calling for a week and no one picks up the phone ever. Absolutely no customer service at this location.

The quality and value I once knew and loved from enterprise has declined in my opinion. Upon arrival to the airport, I waited over an hour for a rental car to become available. After I dropped off my car, two extra days were added to my receipt which was sent a few days later. I’m not sure if this was on purpose or a tactic to get more money out of their clients, but it felt dishonest. One other time I was charged a fuel fee when the car was returned completely full. Both incidents were corrected, but would have gone unnoticed if i hadn’t checked the receipts.

We rented a GMC standard SUV from Enterprise at SBA airport in short order mainly because of the personable service by James Banales who worked the counter. He was very thorough, matched our needs to the exact type of SUV that would work with my phone cable (be sure to check) & the car was plenty roomy for all our luggage plus hubby’s golf bag AND he did it all in a friendly manner! Thank you Enterprise & especially James Banales!

I'm giving them 4 stars because when I turned the car in, they did not check it in. I got charged two extra day's even though I turned the car in. I called and spoke to a girl, unfortunately I didn't get her name. She told me she would take care of it, their system was down when I turned the car in. The next day, another charge. I called again, spoke to a guy, no name, he told me it would be taken care of within 10 minutes. I kept checking. Nothing. So I had to drive to the airport to get this fixed. It was very frustrating. I spoke to the manager, Haley MacAllister, the station manager. She fixed the problem and was kind enough to remove a couple of days, for the inconvenience. The car was good, it was clean, and got me where I needed to go.I'm disappointed with the two people I spoke with. They couldn't be bothered. They just said whatever to shut me up. It was an inconvenience for me to have to drive out there. When you hand them your keys you're trusting them that they will turn your car in. It wasn't in my case. If I hadn't driven out there, they would still be charging me. Not cool.Thank you Haley.

The car was a mess...pitted windshield, wiper blade broken, headlights dim and would not stay on high beam, fuel gauge and mph indicator inaccurate, car lunges when stepping on gas... it drove well but was dangerous! Car was expensive, had about 50k miles on it and should be retired.

Picking up a rental car at the Santa Barbara Airport location was fairly easy. The initial customer service agent was friendly and quick. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the actual locating of the vehicle for pickup and then dropping the vehicle off. There was no outside help and the signs were very confusing. All in all, i would definitely use Enterprise at this location again.

Many airline delays resulted in a very long day and a late arrival at car rental desk, but staff made everything quick and easy and we were on our way. Car was type requested, clean and operated without any problems. Return was easy with key drop box.

My employer rented this van for us. There were numerous scratches around the outside. It looked like it had been driven hard. It had well over 60,000 miles. It had a few electrical issues. If I had been the one paying for it, I would have refused it.
