We purchased a couple UBCO 2x2 utility bikes from these guys for our farm back in 2023. Had a charging issue in October 2024. Despite a change of ownership and no longer carrying UBCO bikes, Dave still corresponded with the company on our behalf and got us the information we needed to resolve the issue. Fantastic customer service.

This bike shop is fantastic! Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledable. I'm not from the area but they were still able to get me the bike I needed. If I lived in Santa Barbara I would stop in all the time.

Purchased a Haibike, full suspension e-bike today. Paid well below low retail price, excellent customer service. The new owner, Dave, is easy going and very comfortable to work with. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the market for e-bikes and e-motorcycles.

After noticing the doors to the showroom were often closed during regular business hours, I called to make an appointment. When I arrived at the appointment time, the doors were closed and no one was there. Not sure how they're still in business.

This Ebike shop is wonderful! Scott was very accommodating and let me try out a few different bikes. I finally settled on a Haibike Fullseven. I really like it. I ride it to work everyday. It's so fun! These folks are very knowledgeable and have a ton of experience to fix you up with the right Ebike. I highly recommend them.

Stopped in to ask a few questions and Eddie was THE man. Super helpful and knowledgeable about everything in-store. Even when I said I wasn’t purchasing at the moment he still urged me to take a few rides to get a better idea of what I wanted. 5-star service from these guys!

In town from out of town, just for the week. These guys won't fix my flat as I didn't buy the bike from them? I don't live here! Seems odd as they do charge to fix a flat, so if you're charging me for your time, for the tube and whatever markup you want, why wouldn't you change a flat. Guess business is too good to need more.

Best E bike shop in California! Previously, I had contacted several prominent E bike shops only to find they didn’t have the bike I was looking for, and didn’t know when they might be able to get it. They put me on indefinite wait lists, and I have never heard back from them. Scott was responsive to my inquiries, his shop has an incredible inventory of bikes. He had the bike and size I wanted in stock, and held it for me till I could get there. He had the model of bike my wife wanted, but not the size. Even with the big bike shortage, he contacted me within a few weeks with the news that he received the bike we wanted, in the size we needed, and once again held it for me for over a week as I was on vacation. Really nice folks to work with!
