A read all the wonderful reviews, & decided to call them...but when I did, I was responded to rudely. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, & I've called a few times since then, no one has ever answered, so I even left multiple message...but I've never gotten a call back. I wonder why, but I can't trust such a business or person to make me a custom piece of jewelry for a loved one.

Update 6 years later! Still if not better customer service! My mom got me a ring from them and I needed it resized and they were exceptional! Resized in no time! They also were able to help out my gf on getting a new necklace chain that still to this day, makes her look beautiful! Love these guys!

A wonderful family owed store with a nice selection of clocks, watches, and jewelry, along with a qualified repair shop. Always kind and courteous with great prices. Give them a try, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Stoped by the store with the intention of buying a gold chain from window. I asked for the price, and to see it up close. The owner gave me the price but declined to let me see it up close. He said, he was going to show it to me only if I seriously committed to buying it. How am I supposed to buy without seeing it. Mind blown !

Carlos and Delila are delightful! Coming from a family who ran a jewelry business this jewelry store is the closest I've seen to a hometown jewelry store in Santa Barbara. I highly recommend them. No one has ever repaired my jewelry or watches other than my father and I would entrust them with all my jewelry needs. Fantastic prices and beautiful merchandise!
