first time at educated car wash, paid for full service/interior -exterior/ next day noticed back seat area not vacuumed... noticed bird droppings still on back of car, noticed area around open doors not cleaned/ i didnt check... the driver/passenger side looked good...i usually give business a second chance...next time i will inspect my car, ensuring that the commitment made and paid for is completed.... to be continued... suggest check that educated car wash actually does what their sign offers...

Accidentally came here instead of my favorite place. It was a cloud day,no other cars and like every other review, my interior was left dirty. I called them back to fix it and the console was better but everything else just awful. I don’t think they touched the steering wheel.Just don’t bother. There are plenty of other good places in town.

Terrible experience.The people working here are liars, with no pride in there business and zero customer service skills, lacking all concern for the reputation of their business. Called in & asked if you had to buy a carwash to get access to buy gas. The guy on the phone told me, "I don't think so, you can just buy gas". So I came in & when I got there they said the opposite. That you had to buy a carwash in order to buy gas. When I told them about my phone call with one of their associates and asked if they would honor their word with me. The attendant I spoke to essentially accused me of being a liar, and said they would not honor their word.Avoid this den of snakes at all costs is my advice.

Besides the fact that they always clean no more than 70% of the car, they also never fill the tank more than 85-90%. I've brought this to their attention many times, but I'm sure it's intentional, to make people have to come back sooner. The bottom line is: There are very few businesses that are named so incorrectly & ironically.

I have tried Educated several times. It is just average. The first few times I tried Educated I just bought the lowest price service. It was never great, so the last time I bought one of their more expensive offerings. No difference. They are quick enough and friendly enough. I have never been treated poorly. But I know what a good car was is, and Educated seems to fall short every time. Return unlikely.

Really bad experience i have to finish cleaning my car that wasnt super durty and with no trash at all inside. I told them wasnt clean they didnt do anything about it not coming back again!

I am local in SB. I tried many of the car washes. This one is the worst experience so far.- exterior cleaning is good.- interior cleaning is really bad. They do not pay attention when vacuuming and wiping. They barely cleaned the dashboard and cupholders. Backseats were still dirty after 45 minutes of detailing.- there is no cashback option or atm if you need cash to tip.- waiting area is very small and has limited seating.- they charged me 3$ extra since I have an SUV.

If there was a zero for a review they would get it.I went on a possible rainy day because they where the only place open.I was getting my car ready to sell and didn't care if it rained. I wanted the inside vacuumed and cleaned. I payed the higher price for the service.They didn't even vacuum enough to get a tooth pick off the floor mat,Much less pick up the floor mat and vacuum under it.when the car was "ready" before I even stepped in I saw the hadn't touched the inside of the door(cup holder area) it a had a few straw wrappers etc. in it.When I asked him to clean it he seemed put out. This was after I handed him a generous tip. The dash and interior were barley wiped down. There were clumps of dirt and dust that weren't there prior.

What an honest group of employees! After spending about 15 min looking for a greeting card, I head to the register to pay when I realize I don't have my wallet on me. I frantically looked around everywhere with no luck, until I thought to myself that maybe I had forgotten it in my car, so I head out to my car that was being dried, look on the passengers side and there it was on the seat (where I left it) I was so relieved to find it but even more relieved when I found that the fairly large amount of money I had in it was still there! Thank you, thank you to the honest staff!

I don’t get what all the bad reviews are about. This is a great hand-done car wash spot. They take a lot of care, it’s priced reasonably, and it’s efficient. Have been there 3 times and each time is a great clean.

they did a good job but they completely avoided my dash and cup holders also the whole lot smells like sewage and when you get your car back so does the car, beware with cloth seats.

Roll the dice on the quality of the wash and see if you get lucky. Sometimes the car comes out great, other times it looks worse than had a drive thru car wash done the job and then some. The last time here the interior cleaning of the inside completely ignored the back of the vehicle.The gas prices generally are about the cheapest in town, which is one perk.

Got this gas a wash package. The car had residue all over, paint and side of the windows. They used the same drying towel on the wheels and bottom of the car only to go then back to the windows and top. Not worth it at all.

Great work getting bird droppings and tree dirt off my car, plus extra attention to detail. I was in and out in 20 minutes on a busy day. All for a reasonable price. Wouldn't go anyplace else!

It's a coin toss. Half of the time you will get a decent car wash for the price. The other half of the time they will use dirty rags that scratch your clear coat and will forget to reinstall your floor mats. I seem to remember better service 5-10 years ago.I will be avoiding this business going forward.
