We never thought we'd find what we were looking for, but we trusted Jenny & Brooke and the whole team and it paid off. In addition to being smart and indefatigable agents, they're also hilarious and so fun to spend time with. Buying a house in SB is a f****** nightmare, but these people made it fun!

The Easter Team went above and beyond any real estate team I've ever encountered. My parents and I were closing a family Estate in Summerland. I live in Chicago and my parents live in Dallas. Despite the long distance, the team kept us in the loop from beginning to end. The Easter Team was able to bring in all the services we needed, such as staging, clean up of the house, landscaping, antique buyers, shipping services and so much more. The house was clean out, staged, on the market, sold and closed in 49 days after hiring them. Also, within those 49 days, there was Christmas, New Years and flooding county wide. No other team could have accomplished what the Easter Team did. I am forever grateful to the Easter Team. It was a very stressful and large project we had to get the house ready to sell. We could not have done it without them!

After vetting several other Santa Barbara real estate agents, I picked the Easter Team for the job to sell our beloved family home--and I'm so glad I did! I'd never before sold a home, and they guided us through the process and kept us informed at every step. Also, they helped us make the home look lovely for sale--their contacts were invaluable to get the job done right and done fast. We could not done this without them, and are endlessly grateful for their hard work and expertise. While I still haven't quite processed that our home-sale journey is done, I do know that there was no better team in Santa Barbara for this job.
