I was walking through the crosswalk and one of the workers from this construction would not stop and forced to speed up to move out of the way of his vehicle. Despite the fact I had three dogs in the crosswalk and I put up my hands to say to stop. He was Driving a white suburban and had is daughter in the car. I was surprised he did it with the company logo and daughter in the car.

As a contractor that's worked with and for D.D. Ford over the last several years, I cannot say anything bad about them. They are professional in every way, and the quality of the work I've observed is 1st class. I've dealt with most every job superintendent, and the department they've set up to provide service to their customers long after the initial project is complete. The other reviews I've read here are petty. Really, an employee almost ran over your foot? Common knowledge, when walking around trucks of any kind don't assume they can see you. didn't your mother teach you look both ways before crossing the street? Same goes for a parking lot. Assume these work trucks have limited visibility. You have the audacity to give a company a one-star Yelp review because you can't look where you're going? And as for the fellow that complained about the poor fit, and knowing it was a poor fit prior to D.D. Ford meeting with him. As a courtesy, he could at least given them a better review for their time. Small companies rely on these reviews to help attract new business. I doubt the service they did provide cost you anything.

Almost run over by one of their employees in a 7-11 parking lot in Fillmore Ca. on 05/20/19 at 6:15a.m. As he nearly drove over my feet he looked at me and laughed. If D.D. Ford employees build like they drive, I wouldn't let them set up a tent for me.

DD Ford helped my company by doing major repairs to our old but beautiful commercial building soon after we bought it. Replaced stucco, reflashed all the windows and rebuilt an archway. Thorough, reliable and friendly. Thanks!
