Abby, James and Carlos are wonderful for your car purchase and lease needs. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Abby. I told Abby what I was looking for and she gave me options to choose from. The test drive, paperwork and delivery experience was easy and quick. James and Carlos took the time to explain the pricing and financing options. Abby took the time to explain and go through the technology detail of the vehicle. I love my new IS and will be using them for my future vehicle needs.

I've lived in Santa Barbara for 35 years. Many of my family members have purchased cars at this dealership but somehow they have changed hands and are complete sleaze balls. Today we went in looking to buy a car, cash. We went through five different sales people trying to finagle and nickel and dime us to sell us this and that the other thing, and we just wanted to purchase the car and they just couldn't even get their shit together enough to do that. I was so disappointed and I highly highly highly recommend to all of my Santa Barbara local people that you do not waste your time here they have become super sleazy, and LAish!!!!

If you're not local to the area and are interested in a CPO/used car at this dealer proceed with caution. I have been communicating with the dealer since the weekend about this car. I received financing from an outside lender. Yesterday I was told by Abby she could likely get me a better deal with a certain down payment through their financing. They ran my credit and did not come back with a better offer. I did make arrangements to travel to the area and they sold the car today (the day before travel). Yesterday she knew I contacted my lender for the payment to be there tomorrow. After the car was sold, I was told I should have sent a screenshot of my flight and the car could have been held. This was never mentioned. Abby implied it was my fault because I did not answer her phone call this morning. I was presenting for work therefore I was not able to answer the phone. I am a well-qualified buyer so they don't care about that either. Now I have a hard check on my credit and no vehicle.

Sales experience was good. Post support was terrible. Dealer knowingly sold me a vehicle they knew had an issue and they did not disclose it. Their communication has been terrible on the issue and they have not offered an acceptable resolution. This issue was elevated to the General Manager and no acceptable resolution.Buyer beware, this dealership does not provide good support after the sale.

I am so impressed with the enthusiasm and knowledge of the sales man named Corey. He has extensive product knowledge of my new Lexus and goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. If you’re in the market to buy a Lexus, I highly recommend Corey. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I don’t know what happened here recently, but the single biggest reason we chose to get into a new Lexus was the spectacular service standards set at this dealership by old service manager Derek, who became our Lexus contact in CA when we moved cross country. I was incredibly disappointed to learn recently that he’s no longer at this location. It was because of him we asked to be introduced to his sales team, instead of getting into a Volkswagen, when we sold our old Lexus. We literally walked away from a hold at McKenna b/c of Derek. I imagine other customers have been loyal to Lexus for similar reasons. I’ve been fortunate to drive Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Jaguar, Cadillac, and Lexus in California, Florida, Massachusetts, and New York. I have never been more confident in or had a better relationship with a service manager and department than I’ve had with Derek and his team. The guy is spectacular and has been able to see around corners to advise us on the best service for our used and now new cars. Two weeks ago, I almost got a car serviced at another dealership closer to where I was that day in LA but drove off the lot after watching two service techs run into each other driving customers’ cars back to the garage. I’ve left other SoCal Lexus service depts b/c it was clear the service managers had no idea what they were doing. I mean no disrespect to the new manager, but I have lost confidence in Lexus for allowing Derek to leave. I’m deleting all my prior positive reviews and feel absolutely betrayed by this brand and it’s judgment. I can only imagine this was a decision for corporate interests and not the customer. Find another dealership of any kind in SoCal that has almost 5 stars on Google and Yelp. Someone must be letting the robots run the meetings. Big loss for customers of this dealership today, and its team, who I know loved him. Dumb move.

I watched a Youtube video of Cory representing your dealership so well. If I was in the area in the market for a new Lexus, I would most definitely visit Lexus of Santa Barbara to do business with salesmen like Cory.I've never wanted a Lexus before, but seeing how people like Cory stand by and believe in this brand makes me want to own one.

Every experience I have had with Santa Barbara Lexus has been positive. They are friendly and professional and really go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Hugo Contreras has been the person who has helped me out the most and I can’t say enough good things about him. He makes Santa Barbara Lexus the best place to service my car, but everyone I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with has been great!

Derek in service was extremely helpful after I got bad info from Lexus of Cerritos service manager regarding expiration of my warranty.Derek helped me when I didn't have an appointment. He is knowledgeable and a real pro ! THANK YOU !!!!!

We just purchased a Lexus NX 350. As for the buying process we have too many compliments to list in 30 seconds. We were given the best of treatment and care by everyone, all with such expertise. In particular, Corey and Robin were stellar. Robin knows her stuff and gently guided us through with a lot of knowledge about Lexus. Corey is remarkable and a real genius! He was very impressive and patient with us while teaching us the ropes as to how to operate our new car. We are very pleased with the service we received at Santa Barbara Lexus. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was trying to buy a Used Lexus from Lexus SB and they charged $1,000 deposit on my credit card to reserve the car for me. The sale never worked out so I asked for $1,000 to be credited back to my credit card but they are not returning my calls or text messages. I called and texted the General Manager, Joe Langhans, and the Sales Rep, Corey Manutse, and the Finance Manager, Carlos over a week ago but absolutely no response!! Today I called James Porter, Sales Manager and still no response. So disappointed this could happen in Santa Barbara where you would like to think that businesses are ethical. I'm going to have to take them to Small Claims Court.

Great service. They went above and beyond. I had an aftermarket device I wanted to be installed under the hood. They did it quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. It was greatly appreciated.

This is a very pleasant dealership and they've been very accommodating. Car was ready on time and it's running fantastic. I love my Lexus and I always feel well taken care of at the dealership.
