Very rude employees. They seem very angry at everyone every time I go in there. I’m changing pharmacies because I get nervous just going there. I’ve never seen anything like this before and how they’re allowed to get away with it is beyond me.

Every Tuesday or Wednesday I am at this CVS for personal purchases, and I have never seen that attitude of an employee, he is always very friendly and smiling despite his age, he is definitely my favorite.

No service, waited for help for over 30 mins with no help. The workers kept stringing me along telling me someone was coming to help and no came. Bummed I wasted my time and end up having to leave.

This cvs pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in all. I've traveled around the US and have visited numerous CVS to fill prescriptions and this one has the rudest employees. I've both called and had a rude person and been in the store and had rude service. It's really disappointing.

I'm undergoing cancer treatment and my oncologist told me what skin creams to buy to help with radiation damage to my skin. I couldn't find what I needed and there was no on-floor staff to ask for help. Anywhere in the store. Not one staffer. I went over to the only staffed area, the pharmacy. I stood at the drop-off counter and no one acknowledged I was there. I did get to watch the pharmacist coughing, unmasked, mouth wide open while he was actively filling prescriptions. It's lovely that people will unknowingly take vital meds covered in germs, viruses, phlegm, and spit. At that point, I left the store in abject horror. I did see 6 cashiers at the front checkout joking around and ignoring the customers in line. Why do I even bother going there?

They filled my prescriptions super quickly. I called it in in the morning and had it filled and ready for pickup by the afternoon. And the pharmacists were also very friendly.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHONE SYSTEM I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Furthermore the canned music plays while I am trying to talk to someone there. Wow !

I wish I could give 0 stars but the minimum is 1.Every time I come to this CVS store I am even more surprised with the terrible attitude, service and attention from the cashiers.Not the first time that happens and they are really unpleasant cashiers

Was picking up after work and not feeling the best so I just gave short responses to questions about my prescription. Heard the lady pharmacist with glasses make a sarcastic remark about affecting my day to her friend back at the desk, and I paid at the register as my cashier shared a laugh with them at the joke. I'm shocked that they talked as if I couldn't hear them, and I just paid for my meds ASAP and removed myself from that nasty environment. Nearly all of my jobs have been serving the public so I get it, but you can at least save the petulance for customers who are overtly rude instead of quiet and distracted. I see many similar reviews on rudeness, I'd recommend having your Dr switch prescriptions to Federal Drug Co.!

I filled a prescription here which was one time only, and got bombarded with phone calls for months telling me it was time to refill. Maybe they should read their own labels.

They lady who answers the phone is very rude. I guess she forgot that she serves and works for the public. Not helpful at all and very condescending. Send your prescriptions somewhere else!
