Store and merchandise is great. Sadly, the customer service has declined dramatically recently which makes it unnecessarily difficult to place an online order with discount , then pick up in store. I don’t blame their store managers, I fault the management who trains them. Corporate promotes a one time 25% off discount, allowing pickup in store, which I like to avoid excess shipping. However, when the order is ‘shorted’ due to low inventory, they will NOT let you receive the same discount when you arrive 12 hours later to pickup the order EVEN THOUGH the inventory ‘shorted’ on your order is ON THEIR OWN SHELVES now because the truck came in overnight.
Spent an hour there today trying to straighten this out, and was told repeatedly I had to cancel and reorder online.
On my way out, the same store manager was arguing with another customer who was even more frustrated than I was. The manager actually said to her, “so you’re complaining because of a discount?”
Management: TRAIN BETTER!

Such a cute store with so many items from different countries including snacks and wine. Very good prices and 15% off for signing up as well. Also Jacklyn was super sweet, patient and helpful.

Fantastic store. Always has some new things to try including a nice section of wines. I personally love the snacks & the furniture styles they have. Just got a new cup shaped swivel chair from them! They do tend to rotate what they have, so make sure to keep track of what you like! Personally, I hope they bring back those wonderful sake jelly shot drinks. I only bought 1 on a whim & it was so good!

Described as a furniture store with a global mix. It is a bit like a superstore that mixes various world cultures. It has more decorative items and has also a grocery area. Displays are orderly enough that it doesnt get too overwhelming. Definitely an interesting place to find items that you would get to see by traveling around different continents. Prices are relatively affordable.

I love this place. There's always new things to try and so many treats! The staff is always super nice and helpful. Plus, the parking lot structure is right behind the store so it's convenient.

Their customer service was AMAZING! Rima (I believe is how you spell it?) was so very helpful and patient. I had to stock up on all of my new college apartment decor and my parents weren't able to make it, she gave perfect assistance on helping me find everything! I'm very indecisive so I switched things up at least 3 times while we were checking out and she was totally sweet and didn't make me feel rushed at all (even with a semi busy store)! Was such an amazing experience I had to share. LOVE!

The store in Santa Barbara had the toilet closed. , you need to cut your time if you need to us the toilet, this is my second time at this store, same experience at both times
