I recently contacted "Coast 2 Coast Collection" to purchase a unique piece that has been hard to find. I spoke to Holly the owner, on one day, and the next day it was shipped out and on its way to MI. Thanks to Holly and her sales associate I now have a complete collection of my unique glassware!

I was looking for specific champagne flutes. I couldn’t find them anywhere. However, I contacted coast 2 coast and they had exactly what I wanted. They shipped them out to Ohio with free shipping. The box was wrapped beautifully and I can’t wait to give these to my daughter for her upcoming wedding. Amazing. Thanks for great customer service

I ordered earrings from them. They were extremely helpful. I was hesitant about ordering because I was ordering from Minnesota. However, they sent extra photos and went above and beyond to help me make my decision. I would definitely order from them again and I highly recommend shopping here!

This is a beautiful store with items not available anywhere else in Santa Barbara. The owner and her staff are very friendly and helpful. Even in the time of COVID it feels festive and inviting and still feels safe.

Top notch personalized service. The store is gorgeous. I ordered a gift for my wedding anniversary and since I live locally, the item was delivered to my front door within hours of placing my order. They even included an anniversary gift. The gift was beautifully wrapped. Highly recommend a visit to their website and if you can, a visit to the store. I did a lot of online cost comparisons and Coast 2 Coast had the best prices.

Superb customer service. I ordered a vase from their website and promptly received a call from Coast 2 Coast letting me know that the vase was out-of-stock, and unfortunately that particular design had been discontinued. Holly from Coast 2 Coast truly went above and beyond to help me, and she was able to locate a partner warehouse in another state that had the vase just a few days later! Trust me, this was hard to find as every single store/website I found that carried this collection was out-of-stock. This was an exceptional retail customer experience from start to finish. Coast 2 Coast will most certainly be getting my business again. If you stop in or call the store, ask for Holly! She’s a gem.
