I had the lamps replaced in my headlights and paid $400 for LABOR that's just wrong. Then a friend googled how to change the headlight in a traverse says turn tire out take off 3 screws reach up and take out old lamp then put new one in. BOOM 1,2,3. This is why I don't use the dealer to work on my car anymore. LABOR is outrageous.

not honest people. nothing but lies. they we had a deal and than change the whole payment schedule. they rather have the truck back instead of living up to the promise. not a good way to start a new dealership. the finance person was a very rude gentelman and should learn more about people skills.

I was shopping for a new car and saw that Bunnin Santa Barbara had the color I wanted that was kind of rare and the price was right..the problem was, I live about 75 minutes away! I took a chance and asked if there was any way someone could bring it out to me to test drive/buy because I just wasn't able to make the drive before someone else snapped up my cute 2024 Trax!...and to my surprise, it was no problem! Within a few hours, a very nice person named James (I think?) delivered the car in person and I loved it and bought it from the comfort of my own home. Amazing! Another employee pulled in a few minutes later to bring him back to Santa Barbara. I literally have never had a car buying experience so easy and so great. Thank you so so so much!

I just bought a new vehicle (2023 Chevy trailblazer) from them the other day and I couldn't be happier. However, what made the experience pleasurable was Antonio!!!! Antonio was professional, not pushy at all, kind, and just all around amazing to work with. I couldn't ask for a better salesman!!!! Thank you Antonio!!! You are the best!

So full disclosiure we did not buy from Bunnin this time... We have in the past. We have been shopping for a truck and unfortunately due to stock Bunnin didn't have what we needed. But we worked with Luke for days and also several other dealerships. One Chevy dealership in Ventura we walked away from a deal because the salesman was horrible. I will leave it with that. Luke was VERY helpful and never once pressured us or gave us place for looking at other trucks and dealerships which we were honest about and told him. We wanted to purchase from him and if and when we are in the market for another vehicle we will be calling him first.

Brought my 2006 GMC Sierra in to have the front end looked at because the front end and steering had gotten loose and sloppy over the years. After a quick same day diagnosis I gave them the go ahead to replace the steering gear, tie rods - basically most of the front end minus a-arms. They had excellent communication with me through out the process and the repairs were done in about a week. I am so grateful to their service dept and staff because my truck drives like it's brand new again! My service writer, Danny Ybarra, was super friendly, explained everything to me and gave me a list of recommended services for my 4WD system too. To top it off they even made pick up easy (which I was worried about because I work the same exact hours that the dealership is open) but they were able to leave my truck keys with the sales team to pick up after work and the sales staff is also super friendly. Thanks for being awesome!

My car had a issue with the back door opener. I brought it to the dealership to fix the problem with the part that I got. The service representative mislead me when I left the car. He told me that I should do inspection for $185 to indicate the problem. I told him I need this to be fix and he said that is still going to cost me $185. I said that is okay, and I need it in working condition. Next day they called me and said that the replaced part they installed is still not working, and they needed to run diagnostic to find the issue and I had to pay $185, and it should do it on the first place because the money will go towards the labor. That is completely misleading! They should offered it on the first place. Seems like they are money hungry. Not a right way to do business. The manager came out and start defending the service representative. He did not even apologize, but attacked me as I don't know what I'm talking about. After spending over $320 for the back door repair, now it still doesn't work properly at all... This is my second car that I bought from them and with the new ownership I'll never buy anything again from them. Totally scammed. Do not use them at all.

My mother needed a new vehicle due to certain circumstances, and Brian Bunnin went above and beyond to take care of us. He always went the extra mile when it came to our needs and requests, and made the process extremely easy and took the time to explain anything he did despite him being a busy individual. Brian always tried to make time. He passed us on to Gregorio, who was very kind in taking care of the temporary license plates, and giving my mom a full rundown on her new vehicle, from explaining what each button did in the cabin, to going as far as helping her install the myChevrolet app and showing how to use it. Overall, this dealership cares about their customers to an extent that is rare these days. Definitely going to purchase my own vehicle through them when it's time!
