They are absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and made my home renting very easy , Rented from them three times in the past 10 years or so . They stay in touch and respond to any request promptly, they strive to deliver the best and made sure my experience with them is great , very responsive whenever I needed something like furnitures or to fix a problem they anticipated my needs even before I had them. On top of that the family that own its are supper friendly and very nice people, always fun to hang out with them. True pros in their field, can’t recommend them enough

Best real estate agency in Santa Barbara without a doubt. Great locations good people and easy renting. As a student, Butler realty has made renting a place incredibly simple and easy for me! Beverly is practically my second mom!

C21 Butler Realty is the best in Santa Barbara! It’s a family owned and run business that’s been around for two generations now. I first worked with them to find a rental when I attended college in SB and have bought several homes with their help now too! They are so knowledgeable and more importantly they care about each and every one of their clients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my real estate transactions.
