Super friendly employees who are eager to find you exactly what you need- they are so knowledgable about the products and treat you like family. We received fast shipping and were able to buy right off the floor which was SO convenient. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and experience of buying furniture from Celadon. I get so many compliments on the pieces I’ve purchased from there. 10/10 experience- Don’t shop anywhere else for your home!

Kelli helped me with a remodel and she did an absolutely fantastic job!! From picking out light fixtures, counter tops, to flooring and furniture ..She left no detail unthought of!! I will be back to shop, buy gifts, and for phase 2 outdoor furniture.

Hi Sheriff,I am responding as one of the "rude workers" you mentioned in your review. As you mentioned, we did interact with the construction workers. However, the question that was asked was "Are you able to move the table to the side instead of right outside of our store?" I then told them that we are having a hard time making phone calls and hearing our clients. The images and videos we took were upon request from the City of Santa Barbara. As you've mentioned, it is difficult for businesses downtown. We are trying to stay afloat as well through challenging times and having saw dust flying into our doors could have easily been avoided. We have been on State Street for 21 years and take pride in having common courtesy for our neighbors and we support one another, especially in these trying times.

I was getting a coffee across the street making my way toward the store, when I observed one of the rudest interactions I've seen in a long time. A few workers were building a deck for a bar next door, when the workers in Celadon House came out and (what I can only think to call) verbally abused them for setting up their work station near their store. It was shocking. The bar is next to their store. Where else were the workers supposed to work? Not only that, but they were working on the street, nowhere near their front door. These are difficult times for every business downtown. The workers at Celadon House should obviously understand this. The deck builders were very calm. The workers at Celadon House were embarrassing and unbelievable as they took photos of the deck builders and called multiple people while giving death glares at the deck workers. I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Kelli and her team are amazing! During Covid they worked with me to find items that fit my style, budget, and were 100 percent committed to making sure not only I was happy but that each piece fit in my home just perfectly! I would not go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Celadon House! Their new location is beautiful. They feature one of a kind items, yet have something for everyone's home. The employees have been kind and helpful each time I've visited the store. Can't wait to see what they have in next time I visit!

I received a request to repair a button for one of Celadon Houses customers. I arrived unannounced thinking the furniture was in their storefront. The lady greeted me the moment I walked through the front door. The needed repair turned out to be in the customer's house not too far away. She called the customer letting them know I was coming. At this time a man walked in the store and she said I will be with you in a minute sir. She went as far as to give me a print out directions to the repair location. She was kind to me the man and the person in need of the repair. So I say thank you Girl for the awesome experience.
