We recently purchased hangers from Butler Luxury and are absolutely thrilled with our experience! These hangers are stunning, beautiful, sturdy, and incredibly well-made. From the moment we unboxed them, we could see the attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into each piece. They truly elevate the look of our closet and provide exceptional support for our garments.
Having read some previous reviews, we were initially cautious. Some customers mentioned issues with customer service or quality, but our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service was spot on, exactly as we expected from a luxury brand. Any questions we had were promptly answered, and the team was courteous and professional throughout the entire process.
These hangers have far exceeded our expectations, and we can confidently say that Butler Luxury has won us over. We will definitely be purchasing from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality hangers that are both functional and beautiful.

Buyers beware - all their good reviews are from 6 years ago and recent reviews have been poor. The quality of the hangers is bad and the business is unprofessional.
Few months ago, I purchased 9 pieces of hangers from Butler Luxury for $255. To my disappointment, most of the hangers arrived with quality issues - rust/stains on the metal and splinters on the wood - so I returned them via return label provided by the business. More than one month later, the business owner emailed me out of nowhere and accused me of stealing from him, even going to the length of calling me "despicable". I sent him the tracking number (which shows the status as delivered) but he continued to make aggressive comments at me. I've had poor interactions with businesses in the past, but Butler Luxury was on a whole other level - inappropriate and borderline harassment. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from Butler Luxury.

Poor quality products and unprofessional business. Short version: I purchased $250 worth of products, they arrived with quality issues, so I returned them. A month later, the business owner emailed me out of nowhere and accused me of stealing from him / called me "despicable". I sent him the return tracking number (in which the status shows as delivered one month ago) but he continued to blame me and make passive aggressive comments. Check out the photos for his outrageous comments. I've had poor interactions with businesses in the past but the way Butler Luxury handled this situation was completely inappropriate and borderline harassment. I would suggest anyone to stay away from Butler Luxury. Long version: In September, I was looking for high end hangers for my coats and my husband's suits when I came across Butler Luxury online. I decided it to give them a try and ordered 9 hangers for around $250. They arrived in a week and were wrapped nicely with layers of bubble wrap etc. but after opening, I was very disappointed by the quality. All of women's coat hangers had rust stains on the metal parts and all of the men's coat hangers had splinters where the bar is attached to the wood (unfortunately I didn't take any photos). For $20-30 a piece, this was not the quality I expected. Wanting to give feedback and start a return, I tried to contact the business via multiple but unsuccessful attempts. They had different phone numbers on their Yelp, Google, and official website at the time and all calls went to either voice mail or an automated message that the number was not in use. I also emailed them and waited 2 weeks with no response. I noticed from reviews that others also had issues getting in touch with the company and fear of being scammed, I contacted my credit card company and they issued a temporary credit to my card until I receive the refund from the merchant. I continued to call the business via the different numbers found online and in early October, I finally got in touch with the business owner - he provided return instructions and I returned the items, which arrived back at the warehouse in 2 days according to the tracking number. Hectic process but at least everything is resolved? No. In November - one month later - the business owner sent me an email out of nowhere and accused me of stealing from him, also calling me "despicable". There were no calls, emails, or any sort of communication prior. I then sent him the tracking number. He responded again aggressively and among the responses were "We will check" and "We never heard that you sent the items back". So you are telling me you never bothered to check if you received any returns? And you are now blaming the customer for not having notified you that they had shipped out the items? Everything he said was so outrageous and I'm just in shock that this is how someone runs his business. See attached photos of our email conversation (he never responded to my last email). I could not recommend Butler Luxury to anyone for its poor quality products and even more so the unprofessional, aggressive, and inappropriate "customer service".

The company does not answer email messages. The location doesn't seem to match the Google entry either. The YouTube videos are many years old. Caution!
