I have stopped in for a watch repair a few times and they have always exceeded my experience with such care and quality.

I had a wonderful experience today - Friday, 4/5/24 around 3pm. I like giving my business to nice people. Recently, I needed a spring post to reconnect my watch band for a brand they don't even sell. It was fixed in 2 minutes, no charge and a kind smile. That is the definition of "customer service" and "paying it forward"....plus it was fun looking at the watches they sell.
