Terrible phone customer service by a woman employee. I was calling about infornation on how to fix my phone on 2.16.17 at around 1pm and the woman was a total B and she even hung up on me and i wasnt able to call back.UPDATE icalled back and she laughed at me. Her name is PETRA. She is unhappy so dont bother with this waste of a person
