My main problem with this Santa Barbara company was that they had to do repairs through a third party--namely ATT & T. so sometimes it was a struggle to get this done. I was with them many years and in the fall of 2023, I receive a letter stating that they are going out of business. So I pay my last bill in October. In November I receive a credit statement. I call them them to tell them I have yet to recieve my refund check of $31 and change. They say it will take 4 to 6 weeks. In December I receive another credit statement but still no check. I call them on the 29th to find out what is going on. The woman who answered said they were going out that day. I wait another two weeks and nothing, so I call once again. When I press "3" for customer service, the recording says that they have closed premanently and now there is no one to speak to! So i write them two letters--one to the P.O. Box and the other to their street address. At the end of January I still have nothing. on Feb 9 I called the Santa Barbara DA's consumer fraud division. They don't think it's fraud (just a bad company) but will check into it. Next I'll be contacting the PUC. Looks like I've lost those $31 but that's 31 x 200,000 or 300,000 of their other customers in the state!

This company no longer answers and continues to charge, they said it was going to stop working on December 4th, not a good fraud....

I called customer service to get and explanation as to why the bill was so high. It was my misfortune to get "Myra" on the phone .She was cold and aloof. I simply needed to know why the bill was so high. i rated one star because the phone was answered.

Horrible company. It will take 2 weeks to repair a phone line....Totally unacceptable..stay away from this phone company

Please please don’t used this company we’re been customer since 2009.CHRIS employee # 21 is so rude. Im been waiting for 5 weeks for them to come to my house to repair my internet. We have automatic pay and they charge for the month we haven’t had internet. I don’t like to complain but he is so rude he hang up the call and he shouldn’t be working as a customer services. I would love to give them zero star.

I've been with Blue Casa since they took over from the other company, Connect. Overall, I am satisfied with my landline. The problems that I've had in the last couple of years is due to old wires out in the street. However, this last time, my phone went dead on October 6 and was not restored until Halloween. They have been responsible in the past about getting a (AT&T) tech out, but this time, I don't know what happened. This time they sent a Blue Casa tech just to confirm that my line was dead but didn't do anywork. Then they sent an AT&T tech to say that my problem was inside the house, but didn't do any repairs. Then a third tech came out to say the problem was down the street. A fourth tech said he didn't have "access" which I later found out was not because he couldn't get in my back yard, but because he couldn't get in my neighbor's back yard. Okay, so I keep track of my calls to Blue Casa (on a borrowed cellphone). One day I get this "Chris" who told me that last AT&T tech didn't "access" to my house! That was the first time I ever heard that from a tech. Anymore, service rep Chris made it sound like it was MY fault. So I got nowhere with this guy. However, the next day (Saturday) I talked to Vanessa and she was much more helpful and reassuring. Blue Casa needs to write up Chris employee # 21, I believe he said. My three stars are for Vanessa. Chris gets less than zero.

I asked for caller ID to be added to my service on 12/28/2021. I Was told then it will be working in 48 hours. It is the 7th of January and is still not working. I called and was told they have alot of orders backed up and dont know when it will be done. This is unsatisfactory customer service.

This phone company is a scam my mothers phone cannot receive and call out the phone has been down for 10 days they said they called ? to see the problem not true never did i receive a phone call to my cell number they said a&tt works for them servicing there problems NOT TRUE ITS A SCAM

I had this horrible phone company awhile back and I still can’t believe their still in service! They should’ve closed down along time ago!
