I have had all of my sewing patterns printed at BCS. Many sewists don’t trust their local copy shop with this, but I have had no problems. Yes, Lisa is direct, but she always gets the job done.

I arrive at Bill's copy only to find out that they are living in the prehistoric days. I need to print out 3 letter/ poems only to find out that I need to send them to myself and then forward them to Printer. Ok problem is I did not anticipate this or I would have made more room on my phone to send pics to email address I had no space to do that Reason why I went to the copy store Ok Bills needs to catch up. There is no reason why the printer can't be sent straight to pics. catch up

I should have checked reviews. Lisa seems to enjoy being rude to people. Passive aggressive. Bit of a short temper. She didnt care about my job. It made her angry. Faster and better work at STAPLES. Better machines, nicer people, no games, no lies, and price doesnt depend on how much they like you. This is why people at the college take printing to LA

I'm a bit out of practice having things copied and bound but these people are efficient and affordable. I like supporting a mom and pop shop. They did a super job and quick turnaround. They called to let me know when it was ready. I will go back!

I took a small project in to Bill's & did not have not much no-how about how to design what I wanted, they helped me & had it ready within 24 hours. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, I highly recommend Bill's & will be returning for my other Copy & printing needs.

Only the location is good, the rest is wasting time and money. People there always in a bad mood and unfriendly. the service is never ready on the time for pick up, no good quality. I will NEVER return.

Normally I go to Goleta (Staples) for my printing needs because it's very streamlined and I don't have to talk to anybody (even to pay). Bills is in a location that's super convenient for me, but for whatever reason I took forever to try them out. I finally tried it, and I was able to get what I needed printed. However, when I went to pay for my papers I asked the man behind the checkout counter how much I owed. I'm not sure if we had a miscommunication or what, but he just stared at me like I was a complete idiot for what felt like the longest 45 seconds of my life, made a condescending comment about how "well, we won't give it to you for free", before ringing me up. I was just trying to pay what I owed.. not sure if this was an attempt at humor, but instead he made me feel like a huge idiot for no real discernible reason. Maybe he was having a bad day? No reason to take it out on your customers. Won't be going back, even though it's right next to my house. Reading other reviews it seems like rude behavior is a common issue here, so at least it's not just me
