We are long time customers and this time after purchasing 4 new tires for my wife's car we had a bad experience. The tire pressure light was on when we picked it up (I noticed it the next day) I checked all tires for air which were fine, and I tried unsuccessfully to reset the light. We took the car to the dealer for a service and they said the sensor was damaged during the tire instal, and said it's a common thing. I called Big Brand and he said "the dealer was trying to blame them for something they didn't do" He told me to bring the car in but he would charge me for the new sensor plus labor. I'm done with Big Brand and will no longer recommend them. to bad....

I am visiting the Santa Barbara area from the Los Angeles, and I had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. BigBrand Tire did an excellent job patching the tire and was able to get me in and out quickly. I really appreciate it and highly recommend them!

The guys at Big Brand Goleta tires really helped me out! I went in to check my tires for a big trip up to Mount Shasta California. The tire gauge light was on and I had just got an alignment. They found a nail and a screw in my tires and the alignment was out again. They fixed everything for me for free, no charge! They also checked my spare twice before my trip. I got back from my trip still fully aligned. I’m very happy with the service and will be back again. Thanks so much!!!❤️
