WORST TAX PEOPLE EVERBest Tax Services are the WORST tax people we have ever encountered. They are not only unprofessional, they are not knowledgeable. They made a lot of mistakes on our returns and even took an extension we had not asked for. And then wouldn’t call us back. This is a company to AVOID at all costs.

I’m a slave now after Alana did my taxes. Her retired cop father followed me around after she stole near 9000 from my taxes! I haven’t been able to file my taxes since! So it’s a huge problem getting your taxes done here! Alana Jain griffen refuses to fix her errors. I wouldn’t recommend anyone the hell that follows after using this tax service.

Doesn't seem to want my business. I had an initial call to set things up. I was told I'd receive a link to submit my documents, I never received that and the phone number is now going straight to voicemail, with no return call for my voicemails. I was really happy with that initial call and wanted to use their services but I am now moving on.

I have been with different tax business until I came across Best Tax Services. Ever since then, Best Tax Services has been doing my taxes for almost 10 years. However, since Alana took over the business my experience and the services Alana and her family provides has been exceptional. Not only they have one of the best customer services with their friendly, pleasant, and lovely personality but they are very professional, experienced, and honest in what they do. Even though I moved to Ventura County 8 years ago, I still go to Best Tax Services. I highly recommend Best Tax Services for you, your family, and friends.

I decided to go to Best Tax this year and Alana was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions throughly and helped me to get the best return possible!! I will absolutely be a repeat customer!!! I can't sing her praises enough.
