I stop by Peacock beads to get a necklace fixed. They were very helpful and fast and inexpensive... Would definitely go again.

I am a beader and while driving through Santa Barbara, I stopped here (beading is a hobby). We really need to support stores in out communities. New owners are fantastic. The shop is packed with beautiful beads, findings, and jewelry. Hard to find the first time, but worth it.
Beads was Santa Barbara's original bead shop since 1984. April 2023, new owners reopened Beads as Peacock Beads. The new location is 12 E Cota St., across from the World Market parking lot and between The Palace Grill and Fox Tail restaurants.
Plenty of parking is nearby; use SB city parking lots #11 or #10. The first 75 minutes are free.
