Back in 2022 I was needing to make some insurance changes on my residence of 7 years. I called Baratto Sullivan because they had been very kind and patient with my older brother and his insurance needs. A lovely agent named Renata began to work with me, sending me quotes and helping me set up the right coverage for my residence. She guided me very patiently through the offerings of various underwriters and I was able to make good decisions and set up a new policy with good coverage and not too expensive. Big thanks to Renata!

I have not had much contact in the past few years until recently. I was disappointed to learn that the office was moved and I was not notified, that I remember. However, the telephone conversation was helpful and though I contemplated leaving the service, decided to stay. Still have some questions, however.
