I contacted them a new customer looking to do personal income taxes. Jeremy was super fast to respond and after review of my past taxes and a quick discussion confirmed they have availability and sent over a quote. I think the fee for service was very reasonable. They were able to provide me a way to securely upload my documents for processing. They prepared our taxes quickly and called for clarifications prior to sending them to us for approval. I was super impressed with everyone and this company and how quickly they worked. I did contact them early and filing late February probably helped. I would definitely recommend contacting them if considering a CPA or Tax preparation service. Thanks!!

I had an emergency tax situation with the CA Franchise Tax Board. Michael for one answered the phone, then listened to my situation. He gave me an indication of the solution and within 1 day had my returns filed with a great outcome. Don't hesitate to use this firm,,they saved my sanity!
