customer service was quite upsetting. instead of waiting thirty minutes for help, i drove across town to another store because it was better than facing employees rude and annoyed attitude when asking for help.

Horrible customer service. You walk in & they don’t bother to say hi or to check if you need any type of help. Needs improvement on customer service. If I can put 0 ⭐️ I would but sadly it doesn't let me.

So i came in looking for help on my front light and got different suggestions but none were concrete themselves,100% they were sure would even work. Went outside to fix it and i ended up doing the whole work. Come to find out it wasnt the right piece! My bill was over 80 when i could of spent less and got it fixed. For doing it myself? No discount and no manager offer smh. Employees lack skill and knowledge. Next time ill go down the street to O'reillys Thank you

The worst customer service and long wait times, even when it's not crowded. Bought tire chains here before a trip to the snow. Big mistake. Didn't have the chains they said they had online, so they gave me a lower quality pair, which didn't even include the tensioners—which I knew to ask for after reading the reviews. Employee didn't know what he was doing, and it took nearly a half hour to get out of there. Total price: $336 after tax. An absolute rip-off. I was able to get a better pair of chains from a better-known brand on Amazon for a third of the price, so I returned these. That also took forever. Even with virtually no customers in the store, all the employees managed to avoid even acknowledging me. Aaron especially seemed to have nothing better to do, and on his fourth trip past me, grudgingly invited me to the counter to do my return, but he didn't seem the least bit happy about it. So long, AutoZone. I won't be back.
