I did my research for general contractor.Shane from Associated SB was honest and promised to do the job fast within my time budget , and on top of it had the best bid.The team worked hard around the clock .Always clean the house after them. They did the kitchen remodel and painting all around .Great job with great price !!!

I hired Associated SB for a master bathroom renovation in Encanto after interviewing nearly 10 local contractors in one week. It was exhausting but I had a hard deadline with a tight scope.I needed someone who could do the job, could put together a bid quickly and was available to start the next week. I have some renovation experience so I was prepared for some surprises.Shane did not disappoint. He was prompt, listened to my needs, and turned around a written estimate within 24 hours. Their numbers were reasonable for the scope of a full tear down to studs, but no change in fixture locations or walls.We were able to begin a day ahead of schedule. The work went smoothly even though we had some unrelated plumbing issues that added to my stress level. The job foreman was able to address my concerns and was a pleasure to work with. Shane was great for coordinating subs, inspections, and helping me source tiles. The job was on time, on budget, and I'm happy with the results. Thank you Associated SB!

Hired them to take care of our garage remodeling.
