A shorter, black haired customer service rep was weirdly passive aggressive and condescending. Why? On what basis is a cashier power tripping from? Baffling.

Clean clear crisp concise and consistent! This store is a dream to shop or just to browse. The customer service is the perfect balance of they are there to assist but they are not following me around waiting for me to steal something. I love this store. I don't know the store manager but high five

Eh. I’ve shopped at this location when I’m in SB and every time I get a mix of courteous or nose in the air vibe. Nice, larger store but I’ll stick to my local Anthro and avoid the b vibe. Byeeee
