Filled out a claim for a windshield replacement thru my insurance and picked ABS Glass as the provider on Sunday night. Got a call back Monday morning from ABS Glass to gather information and order windshield. Received a call Tuesday afternoon from ABS Glass to let me know my windshield arrived and scheduled appointment. Dropped my car off first thing on Wednesday morning at 8 AM. Picked my car up at 10 AM. Windshield replaced and I drove off.

Had a windshield replaced and installation was done incorrectly, the seal was too low on top and tight on one side.They wouldn't stand behind their work and suggested I have another glass company do it and they would reimburse the cost.It took me a couple months to find someone with the help from my insurance to get a proper install which was preformed by Safellite Auto Glass and the result was night and day difference.I always prefer to work with a local company, it will never be with ABS Glass.Good luck with this company.

I have used ABS glass over the years for various small projects and windshield chip repair. They have always been unfailingly polite and responsive and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend ABS Glass. Other companies quoted over $1000 to replace a small kitchen window but ABS charged less than half that. Customer service was excellent and scheduling was very flexible. They went above and beyond to fit us into their busy schedule to accommodate our needs. Thank you ABS!

I am extremely unhappy with this business. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!!! They are pretending it's necessary to charge me a restocking fee of 125.00 when my service isn't even for days from now. They are lying, my glass hasn't even been pulled from a shelf yet. The so called "re-stocking fee" is their feeble attempt to make me use their business even tho I DON''T want to & I won't. I found the same service for nearly half the price. Listen up Santa Barbara!!!! Go to BEST PRICE AUTO GLASS if you need a new windshield. They are charging what it really costs with out all the ridiculous bs!!! If you don't believe me, just look at how many HORRIBLE reviews they have on here.

We contacted ABS glass to set up an appointment for them the come out and provide a quote for replacing our home windows. We were scheduled and confirmed for Friday morning at 8, which I wasn't thrilled about getting up early for, but non-the-less committed to. 8:15 came, then 8:30, then 9...and he never showed. Immediate negative impression of this company, and then Jo follow through after so I had to reach out to let them know no one ever came. They clearly didn't care about our business so why would we want them to do it. We wouldn't! So we didn't!

Bad to worst to horrible experience trying to work with this glass company, especially working with Rosio, one of the estimate person. When I called she quoted me a price of $280 to repair my shower glass door. Pictures sent per her request.. Two technicians came out and before trying to fix the problem, I showed them my shower door was able to opened partially when pulled, however it wouldn't open fully this is why they are here to fix. After trying to fix it, they gave up and wanted more money and said the glass door needed to be re-install? and quoted $600 plus to do the job. it I said " NO" and just put it back how you found it. They didn't at first and started to blame on the framing of the door was done incorrectly by my contractor whom installed it back in October 2022. They then tried to leave the job without putting my door how they founded and instead makes the glass door completely stuck to the frame and left it the way the glass door could fall and shatter and potentially causes major accident to my family with 2 young kids. I called Rosio to explain they need to put it back how they founded and I will hire someone else to do the job. She hung up the phone on me/customers. I was mad when she did this. Please do not work with this unreasonable lady at ABS glass. I will file a formal complaint to BBB about my experience working with this company today.

Needed a glass replacement. I called ABS and they were the only vendor that was able to finish the job the same day, in fact they were done within 5 hours of me calling. They were very professional, fast and great customer service.I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.
