They need to fire Miguel who works in the front. The guy had a bad attitude and truly hates his job.Virgina is amazing she is truly helpful. They need more Virginias there. But Miguel no good. The guy couldn't even point me to the right isle literally told me to figure it out. And interrogated me over a 12.99 shoe. Jesus I can't make this up. What joke. If he hates job he should quit matter fact they should let him go. He looks miserable there.

Great place to go and get shoes all kinds of styles of shoes and every kind of brand name shoes as well great prices and lots on clearance. They even help me with returning my shoes without my receipt and did, it was a great experience in this shoe store. I give it two thumbs up ??

Don't even go near this scamming, bootlegged, ghetto shoe store. The Hispanics working at the cashiers doesn't even know what they're doing. Inside the store, they have a deal where they take $5 off your purchase off on shoes however this dude decided that he didn't want to go out of his way and do his job to give me the discount and charged me regular price for some Nike's. These people try to brainwash you in thinking that you'll get a good deal. They do this so you can come in and purchase some shoes thinking that you're get their amazing discount just to get the shoes or whatever at regular a** price. If you want to buy shoes from here, think twice because they don't have your shoe size, workers don't even want to interact with you to ask you if you need any help, then there's the cashiers who are just there to rob you. So please, just go somewhere else, your better off at a Swapmeet than going in here. You'll get better deals and you can negotiate. Don't get near this place please for your wallets sake.

I just want to say is first time I buy shoes for me n my son I live in Buena Park California and I work in Santana I was looking like crazy for my son's shoes and I finally found them at your store I called to the store and there was a really nice gentleman and very polite his name is Anthony leal employee sale: 16596 He was very helpful in the phone with good customer service he help me to find the shoes for my son I told him that I was on my way in 15 to 20 minutes once I arrive to the store he had the shoes next to him I was so surprise I could tell that he likes his job and he likes helping people around and then I also mention about myself too so he advised me to get some sort of shoes from sketchers that was going to help me to be more comfortable at work I hope you guys can read this email and reached to a manager with store manager whoever's in charge of this store I think I am not the only person who comes to the store and get help from him but I know there are others they don't probably write something for him but I am doing it because I really respect people Oh really love their job what do you like to do so please I hope you guys will do something for him as well thank you...... everyone was very friendly...

love this new store lots of shoes to choose from the best part is there clearance which do happen to have shoes that are still pretty nice w a nice price too just go on a wendsday for that not Friday cuz u won't find anything good if they don't have some thing u like they have a 40 and under section
