I found these awesome Reebok's at Marshall's but sadly I got a size too big and couldn't find my actual size. So i looked up the name of it and found it on the WSS website. It actually said they had them available but when I physically went to the store i couldn't find them. I asked the employee and he was so patient and very courteous. He checked the back first but came back with a white version instead of black which is what I wanted. i tried on the white and ended up wanting it too!! But I told him that it said on the website the black was available. He couldn't find it so he offered to call other locations. The one in Santa Ana had it so he told them to hold it for me. I ended up getting the white one at this location and the black one in the other and even got a cheaper deal for doing that. Most people are such in a rush or they don't want to help so I was pleasantly surprised that he helped me and took his time to help me.

My experience was pretty good thanks to the young lady that helped me and my son today. She was working the floor and the register. I believe her name was Tania. The other workers were pretty nice as well. However, there was a chubby guy that I believe was the manager, supervisor, or Ap he wasn't too friendly. He didn't greet myself or my son when we came in but he greeted... Umm yea you what I'm about to say. Then proceeded to stand by us out of all the people he could've stood by watching while my 12 year old son was trying on shoes. It took the nice young lady I mentioned earlier to even ask if we needed any help. I thought it would be different when leaving nope he just walked with his uncomfortable looking self. I won't let one bad cookie spoil it for the rest. So I will give 5 stars because Tania made the trip worth it and the store was clean.
