I've been sleeping on this location for way too long! I always used to go to the Costa Mesa location cause it was closer but the Santa Ana location definitely has a lot better selections.I'm always at WSS to grab some non-slip shoes for work and they're always rotating the selection choices to keep things fresh.

The employees aren't really helpful , I asked where I can find some shoes and one of them was talking with the other worker and just told me too look if not they weren't there mmmm y'all need better workers .

I went there two different times on the same day trying to find 3 of the same pair of shoes for a family photoshoot. The first time I went a supervisor actually helped me and she was very nice and tried to help me as much as she could and ended up leaving. Second time I went I got help from Rose who went above and beyond to help me she was actually able to find me 3 pairs of the same shoes. She didn't give up even though it was a big hassle her customer service was amazing and she was super friendly and helpful Thank you Rose for your amazing help and time!

Sometimes when it's mid afternoon and the sun is out.....I put on my gardening boots and fire up the lawnmower and mow the lawn....and at this moment I feel like Jackie Robinson.....the reason is because most gardeners and maintenance men are Mexican Roman Catholics.....I may not have a gas powered weed blower......I sweep the weeds instead.......I may not have a gas powered edger.....I need to use like three extension cords to reach the end of the lawn.....and when I'm done, my lawn looks just fine and I'm sure I will never go out and buy an old Nissan or Chevy and start an all white crew lawn mowing business.....but what this has in common with WSS is that after a long days work gardeners and maintenance men change into their clean but still dirty Jeans and head over to WSS with their families to buy shoes.......

I went in this store and the moment I went in I had a store employee watch me the whole time. She watch me as I looked around and kept staring at me. She even stared at me as I bought shoes from the store I felt very uncomfortable.

2 days after purchasing, I went to return one of 2 pair of shoes I'd bought. The cashier practically inspected with a magnifying glass and called manager over because "they may have been worn".Quickly offered an exchange but really gave a hard time for refund.It was obvious that they do this anytime someone wants a refund. I was getting ready to call headquarters because the shoes HAD NOT been worn and did not show ANY wear.I was careful to ask about refund policy before buying because I wasn't 100 percent sure I wanted them.

Very bad service I asked something and they attended as if they didn't want to work I asked two people and the two spoke as if they were angry apart from the fact that one asked me for the serial number of the shoes and when I showed it to her she simply told me that they didn't sell them there when they had already had it before

Good selections and reasonable prices. The store is very organized which made finding what I was looking for pretty easy. I also love the online shopping feature too. This shoe makes getting brand name shoe wear affordable and convenient.
