I have been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks now to updated my information their phone just rings and rings with no answer. Extremely hard to get a hold of someone !

Every time u try calling during business hours they don’t answer the phone like if it’s closed

Helpful and friendly for phone support. Prior to covid the on site reception wasn't friendly. However, the people answering the phones have been great at answering all questions.

From WIC
Sign up for WIC or renew your WIC benefits by phone or in-person at the WIC office. Call the office or 888-942-2229, or text 91997 to schedule an appointment.
Santa Ana East WIC provides free food, nutrition classes and counseling, family resources, and breastfeeding support at no cost. Food benefits are loaded on an electronic debit card each month that can be used to shop at grocery stores that accept WIC. To qualify for WIC benefits, you must be pregnant or have been pregnant in the last 6 months, or be a caretaker of a child under 5 years old. Foster parents, dads, and caretakers are welcome to apply for their children. WIC is for low-income families. Medi-Cal, CalFresh, or food stamps recipients meet the WIC income guidelines.
