Worst customer service, teller tells me . Takes care of about 25 people before I get assisted. After waiting 30 minutes the. Tells me check is cleared but I can’t cash it due to my CA license expired it was just my birthday and waiting for a new one in the mail.Said there is nothing they can do.Take a hard pass on this location everyone.

I've been trying to call the branch for 2 and a 1/2 hours, and nobody at the branch is answering... literally just trying to get information on withdrawing from a court blocked account now that the minor is 18... I can't even get an answer from the general banking line!! Worst banking experience ever, especially with not a single person knowing what to do, and the branch phone not being answered!! Ridiculous!!

Lines are ridiculously long on Christmas week only two tellers and the other tellers or managers walking around acting busy on a i pad instead of openning another window it's sad how they have so Much staff yet thier windows are all closed don't come here if you just want to be in and out time consuming this is what I get for loosing my school first card just have id and I have to use this one as back up waist of time

Never had a bad experience till now. I went up to cash a check and teller refused to cash it out for me because the handwriting on the part where your name goes didn’t match with the rest of the checks writing. She said the company had to re-write the check. But honestly that wasn’t the part that bothered me, it was the fact that she had a completely nasty attitude during the entire interaction… that was very uncalled for.

Horrible customer service..Sergio is the manager.and chubby old lady,,,they refuse to cash a check for no reason,,,and went to another.bank.and ther.cashier..right away....bad bad customer service.they are hispanos. But still bad when they decline to help you,,,,

They advertise 2nd chance accounts- but actually wouldnt do it- I went to US Bank instead. For normal banking im sure its a good bank

Came to pull out money to get a haircut and just do everything I need to and the ATM is telling me it has no money?! What a joke looking forward to closing my account with Wells Fargo and withdrawing my money!

Shout out to Edgar. We got there two minutes before the appointment and he took us in right away. He went out of his way to make sure that our case was looked into right away.

Worst customer service came in trying to open an account... came in around 2 pm Monday ... Edgar came up and said he didn't have availability but the bank was empty... he said he only takes appointments... He wasn't busy he wasn't taking care of anybody... and he said he didn't have availability till the end of week... went home made my appointment online for the next day cause there was availability... came in to open a new account just to have Edgar tell me that I had made an appointment to add someone to my account which is 30 min and he couldn't help open a new account cause it will take 45 min which is time he doesn't have he said ! And yes his name is Edgar ! Shitty person no manners and will lie to your face !

On Friday during lunch rush. To only have 2 register open is not right. I hope the manager branch will look at schedules and under stand that Fridays are the days they should staff up not down. Common sense for anyone running a business is to staff during rush hours.

I need help with canceling a payment and none of these people were willing to help. Just basically ask me to call customer service at the back of my card. Then what's the point of having an actual bank and hiring people when they can't even help you with the simplest thing? Very disappointed.
