WORST bank I ever had. I literally only came here because I quit my job and received a severance paycheck for more than PayPal’s check-cashing service, Ingo Money, would deposit to my PayPal Balance account.I walk in, showing a note on my iPad. Rather than assume I’m Deaf and type back, they verbalize to me as if I’m a hearing mute.I was unable to transfer any money to a non-Wells Fargo account that I had successfully linked until I obtained a cellphone number linked to a physical SIM card and device. Google Voice and other texting apps are unacceptable to this bank. The only other alternative is to buy one of their “RSA devices” (don’t know what RSA stands for and they did not explain what it means) for $25.For most account issues they make you book an appointment with a banker. This means the tellers literally only help you with deposits and withdrawals; if bankers are all booked for the day you just gotta come back a different day.The people who answer their 800 numbers are EXTREMELY USELESS! This bank just pissed me off again and again well beyond the point I could stay on the call long enough to hang up on these USELESS BUFFOONS and thank my video relay interpreter before hanging up my videophone.This particular branch is not open Saturdays at all. They are only open 9:00-17:00 Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays. Those who have FULL-time day shift jobs literally gotta take time off work to come here. I could NEVER recommend this bank at all. I won’t be coming back for as long as I can avoid. Per-i-od!

Here at the bank now on 12/22/22. Checked in online as the instructions stated. Waited 15 min. Finally staff member from teller side came to ask if I was waiting for someone. I said yes. They said they had no staff to help with business appointments. I said why have check in open then. She could not answer. This is why I am closing my business account with Wells Fargo. Their service is horrible and fees are ridiculous. And when you need help from a live person. Good luck. Take your business to a bank that helps.

Every Wells Fargo is a joke now. 1 or 2 windows open at anytime. 1 banker in any building. Managers hide behind glass and don't engage customers. Please 3000+ sqft building with 8 employees. With 2 being window operators. Line never dropped dropped from 10 people.

this is the worst wells fargo i have ever been too. they NEVER have more then 2 tellers. wait time can be anywhere between 30mins and 1 hour. seems like they barely know what the hell they are doing ridiculous fucking bank. Maybe you guys shouldn't open your doors if your low staffed.

Racial Profiling and a long wait on Sat morning if you need to enter the bank. Today, 2/19/22, a black man with a Wells Fargo account was about about 4 people in front of me and was ordering a cashiers check to buy a Mercedes and was asked for his ID 3 times and his social security number for proof the bank can process his request. He waited about 40 min at the teller window and apparently all three tellers needed to touch and validate his request, look at his IDs and the account. They made the man wait while the manager on staff finished her transaction with another customer who was two places after him in line. My husband, an asian man who is Filipino and I, a white women were about the same age as the man ahead of us with the same exact need- a cashiers check to buy a car. My husband was asked for his ID once, and he was never asked to provide his SS#. We also never talked to more than one bank teller. I set also the timer on my phone when we walked up to the teller and we were out of the bank in 6 min and 51 sec. If you're the man who was in line in front of me today, please DM me, wanted to provide my name and # as witness.

What is their problem? they open at 9 am, close at 4 pm and now this branch is closed on Saturdays too!!! So why have a branch at all?! What type of services does a bank provide when they are never open?! Disgrace of an institution, they are using my money to make money and don't even provide appropriate services. Will be moving my money to another place that trully appreciate their customers.
