I’ve been a WF customer since 1977. The line of customers at this branch is usually long and takes forever to get service. I would avoid this branch for normal business, but I needed access to my safe deposit box. I counted 23 customers in line on Saturday morning with 3 tellers. The 5 star rating is not for the Branch, but it was for “Alexis” who took the time to canvas people in line for anyone needing special service. She assisted me and I avoided the long wait in line. When I left the line was even longer extending out of the building.Thanks Alexis!

***ALERT*** Do not visit this branch!!Save your time and energy by coming here!The entitlement and lack of customer service from all here starting with the tellers to the manager are at another level.This is my last visit here, I prefer to take my money somewhere else. Leaving WF after so many years due to the experience at this branch.

I went to with draw 1850 and they said that the computer had a glitch and everything got lost so nothing was approve and when I check my balance it says 6 dollars it was approve by wells Fargo and their saying they don't have nothing in their system when it saying a purchase was made by wells Fargo and approve and don't want to give me my cash their making all this excuses

Really bad scheduling staff. Friday with a line of 14 people and some had to leave because they I Ly had 2 tellers. Ask for a manager and I was told she was one of the tellers. No one did absolutely anything after complaining. This is the worst of all Wells Fargo branches I have been too. Corporate should get involved and train their staff to handle this issues. Bad , bad service Wells Fargo

The level of incompetency at this branch is ridiculous and makes me fear the fact that I am allowing this business to handle my money! I have banked with Wells Fargo for 25 years and have both personal and business accounts with them. I am sure that we can all agree that this bank has gone downhill the past few years (so many bank closures, not enough staff, legal and ethical issues, etc.) and customer service has really gone down...but this particular branch is the absolute WORST that I have been to! I am here on a Thursday at 2:30 and only one teller is working while 3 other people are wandering around aimlessly behind the counter despite a very long line of customers. They finally add a reluctant teller (after another customer yelled that they needed more help at the front), and he did not seem to know what he was doing as he fumbled through my straight deposit of 6 checks. I used to work at a bank and I am appalled at how they allow such incompetent and lazy people to run a branch. DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!!!!

Terrible service from cathy and the manager in charge of the branch. I came to the bank they never mentioned to bring the original marriage certificate which I brought a copied. They made me waste my lunch time all for nothing and they were even late to my appointment time.
