Had an appointment with Youssef Salamoun. Great customer servic, easy to talk to and he explained to me very clearly the options that I had when applying for a credit card. Also for being in a wheelchair there was plenty of room to manover. Great experience

Youssef was very helpful and straight forward with everything he explained. He went above and beyond with helping me get my account set up. Any issues we ran into he immediately found a resolution. Every business should want a Youssef on their team !

I can't believe but every time I come to this place it's always this crowded and there are always 2 cashiers and watching a lot of staff walking around and whether to help or open another window like the manager ?I only come because it's the dryest part of the house but I'll really look another for hir

If there were bad stars, I would give it up to 6 bad stars for bad customer service. I don't want to go to that bank. One teller for more than 30 people. When I have to cash my check, I put in the card. The teller tells me the card is not yours. I tell you if it belongs to my wife, she has changed my checks, it is the same account, no, but it is not her, after an hour online, I'm sorry, but first thing on Monday, I went to that bank and took out all my money. I prefer to have my money at home. I prefer to go to the liquor store and pay 10 or 12 dollars for the bank to have my money because it's my money ok according to customer service I don't think gentlemen pay attention to your workers because that's how the customers leave ok I hope you find this post be of some use

I’ve been a WF customer since 1977. The line of customers at this branch is usually long and takes forever to get service. I would avoid this branch for normal business, but I needed access to my safe deposit box. I counted 23 customers in line on Saturday morning with 3 tellers. The 5 star rating is not for the Branch, but it was for “Alexis” who took the time to canvas people in line for anyone needing special service. She assisted me and I avoided the long wait in line. When I left the line was even longer extending out of the building.Thanks Alexis!
