Here the person who helped me says that he doesn't like to fight with the clients of this location and he told me to go to another bank that's why I gave them a star Brian Hernades I think that was not an appropriate answer I think I'll go to another bank aver If I don't have one, they take better care of me.

I came here in March to make some adjustments to my Wells Fargo account. I had an appointment. Arrived on time. But I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes. It did not bother me. I was not in a hurry. An associate named Josh (imagine my surprise we share a first name) came to help me. He was nice and patient and helpful. I was confused on some of the plans, policies and fine print and whatnot, so I had to ask him to explain it to me twice, which he did without a problem. So I appreciate his patience with me.He explained to me how the reward points work and helped me cash out what I earned in rewards.It was a pleasant experience. And the employee named Josh made that possible with his patience and attendance in helping me.I'm easy to please but I give this five star customer service to the employee named Josh.

Stay away, at least 30+ minutes waiting time to speak with a cashier, bad experience here

This has been the worst experience I have had at this bank! I have several accounts with them. Every time I show up and try to exchange my dollars for coins, an employee named Gigi always tells me that she cannot do it because I need a business account. I do not understand what she has against me because I have spoken to other customers who also do not have a business account and whenever Gigi sees me, she interrupts the clerk when they are about to give me all the coins I need, and says that she cannot help me. This has never happened with other customers that I have spoken to whenever they want to do the same as me. I actually have video footage of those transactions with the other customers. I am going to end up closing my accounts because this is getting ridiculous.

I wish I can give them zero stars I just waited in line for more than 30 minutes just for them to tell me they ran out of paper for a cashiers check they should’ve announced it or posted it or said something so nobody’s just standing in line waiting for no good reason
