Every Wells Fargo is a joke now. 1 or 2 windows open at anytime. 1 banker in any building. Managers hide behind glass and don't engage customers. Please 3000+ sqft building with 8 employees. With 2 being window operators. Line never dropped dropped from 10 people.

this is the worst wells fargo i have ever been too. they NEVER have more then 2 tellers. wait time can be anywhere between 30mins and 1 hour. seems like they barely know what the hell they are doing ridiculous f****** bank. Maybe you guys shouldn't open your doors if your low staffed.

The worst branch ever !!! This specific branch sucks with lines . There is ONE teller and like 20 people in line Everyone is upset ! WHERE ARE YALL EMPLOYEES!!!????

Racial Profiling and a long wait on Sat morning if you need to enter the bank.Today, 2/19/22, a black man with a Wells Fargo account was about about 4 people in front of me and was ordering a cashiers check to buy a Mercedes and was asked for his ID 3 times and his social security number for proof the bank can process his request. He waited about 40 min at the teller window and apparently all three tellers needed to touch and validate his request, look at his IDs and the account. They made the man wait while the manager on staff finished her transaction with another customer who was two places after him in line.My husband, an asian man who is Filipino and I, a white women were about the same age as the man ahead of us with the same exact need- a cashiers check to buy a car. My husband was asked for his ID once, and he was never asked to provide his SS#. We also never talked to more than one bank teller. I set also the timer on my phone when we walked up to the teller and we were out of the bank in 6 min and 51 sec.If you're the man who was in line in front of me today, please DM me, wanted to provide my name and # as witness.

What is their problem? they open at 9 am, close at 4 pm and now this branch is closed on Saturdays too!!! So why have a branch at all?! What type of services does a bank provide when they are never open?! Disgrace of an institution, they are using my money to make money and don't even provide appropriate services. Will be moving my money to another place that trully appreciate their customers.

This branch is absolutely diabolical! Let me preface, the majority of the front line Tellers are very good!The Management and the Customer Service head is terrible...beyond any word I can fathom at the moment! WELLS FARGO DO BETTER! YOU DON'T RESPECT THE WORKING CLASS!

No way this is called a bank,, only 1 window open more that 10 people waiting it take me 48 min for my transaction this is really ridiculous,,, if u guys don't have people to work it's ok just don't open or put a sign on the door ,, this is why i have differents banks i only have to be here to cash my cheecks

I had to go to a branch and this one was the closest to my work. It was raining and there was a line to get in. Note to self: go outside peak times. I was able to get what I needed done through the ATM so I was able to save time by not going inside.
