Youssef was very helpful and straight forward with everything he explained. He went above and beyond with helping me get my account set up. Any issues we ran into he immediately found a resolution. Every business should want a Youssef on their team !

Really bad scheduling staff. Friday with a line of 14 people and some had to leave because they I Ly had 2 tellers. Ask for a manager and I was told she was one of the tellers. No one did absolutely anything after complaining. This is the worst of all Wells Fargo branches I have been too. Corporate should get involved and train their staff to handle this issues. The level of incompetency at this branch is ridiculous and makes me fear the fact that I am allowing this business to handle my money! I have banked with Wells Fargo for 25 years and have both personal and business accounts with them. I am sure that we can all agree that this bank has gone downhill the past few years (so many bank closures, not enough staff, legal and ethical issues, etc.) and customer service has really gone down...but this particular branch is the absolute WORST that I have been to! I am here on a Thursday at 2:30 and only one teller is working while 3 other people are wandering around aimlessly behind the counter despite a very long line of customers. They finally add a reluctant teller (after another customer yelled that they needed more help at the front), and he did not seem to know what he was doing as he fumbled through my straight deposit of 6 checks. I used to work at a bank and I am appalled at how they allow such incompetent and lazy people to run a branch. DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!!!!

I didn't have to wait too long there wasn't that many personal bankers available so if you need to speak with a personal banker in person I highly highly suggest and recommend that you make an appointment ahead of time otherwise maybe waiting for quite a while when you get there the best way to do it is to make an appointment and once I was attending to that she was answer all my questions and she was really helpful

I would give this no stars. Every time I come in here there is 1 or 2 tellers. Been in line for 30 mins before a holiday. Why would you not have everyone working. This is ridiculous. Manager is standing at the door. He should be jumping in as a teller. No action EVER in this bank. I see why it has so many horrible reviews. Looks like I will be switching banks soon. Just heard 4 tellers called out sick. Huh! Wonder why mischief be how it's run.

I have been to this location twice. Each time, I have waited in line for over 20 minutes because they have one (1) bank teller working. I'm standing in line currently and there are 9 people ahead of me. Customer service is less than exceptional.

Personally I haven't had a bad experience but this location always has long lines with minimal staff working. Right now there is one teller working and ten people in line. This is not a rare occurrence l, makes me think about switching to another bank or credit union. Time is important...

It is very close to my house so I'd like to go there. But today there were 15 people in line and they had one teller. Administrators were walking around saying how can we help you? They like to visit not really work -they should get behind the lines and take care of their customers.

Only 2 tellers when the line runs outside. Managers sitting just chatting while customers wait for over 15 minutes. I think I'll close my account and go somewhere else.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The staff is horrible always so rude and asking intrusive questions about finances. There's only 2 tellers all the time and they're so freaking slow. When I tried canceling my account they denied my request and kept me on for 3 weeks until I cleared my account and canceled it over the phone.
