I just want to say that after living in this community for a decade things have changed for the worse since 2015. When first arrived this place was Manua Loa apartments and the previous owner did nothing to fumigate our unit when we first moved in. It looked worse then the movie Joe's Apartment (1996) I was just waiting for the cockroaches to talk back. Fast forward to present. Place is haunted in two different units. Almost had paranormal investigators show up to investigate the unit. There's always water pipe issues and power has gotten out. AMC company does not care about the tenants because it's a bunch of greedy investors and they own multiple properties so money is good and root of all evil. There's homeless rummaging through the dumpsters. The area is starting to look like San Fran (shame) and be ready to get bump in rent every year ($235) which use to be illegal to do in the 80s and 90s. If this keeps up you will have no tenants left and I feel like they want to gentrify the complex. So stay clear of this place. Best place to do is go to Tustin or Irvine if you are expected to pay their prices. If you don't want to go through the hell we been through don't move here. Stay away from this place or any AMC owned company. Not talking about the movie theater but these guy will suck you dry with the rent. Greed is not worth a company's reputation. I suggest AMC take those Live Happy banners down ASAP. Hope this review helps those that want to save money and a headache. Think about your families.

You will never find visitors parking , according to management parking spaces at the front can only be used by residents after 6 pm yet they are always occupied by the same tenants . Like these 3 vehicles they belong to the same owner . They have left one of the 3 vehicles for the las couple months . Totally frustrating .

Save yourself the headache and anxiety of having to live in poor conditions. I just had a baby and could not give her basic things like bathe her , wash her clothes, burp cloths and wash her bottles because of the constant water shut offs at this place. They don't even give you the courtesy of letting you know before they cut the water which caused me intense stress and anxiety for my baby. They claim it's necessary for "emergency repairs" But after the 5th time its no longer an emergency it's negligence on the landlords behalf. And I've honestly lost count on the number of times they shut the water off. Don't even bother calling the office no one answers and you cannot leave a message because mailbox is full. Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous that they charge so much to live here and expect you to use a porta potty ! There is also rats all over the grounds and in all the backyards! Homeless people stay behind the wall where the parking is and are constantly starting fires in the bushes. We had to call the fire department twice in April alone so they can hose down the fires, it's so unsafe!! We've tried to contact the district manager of AMC via phone and email to voice our concerns and never received any replies! Their motto is "Live Happy",more like "Live Crappy"

Took a look during a weekend and there was trash on the parking lot. Also the gate and the gate door are broke. I think that if you guys are asking almost 3,000 this things should be taken care of.

Just wanting to leave my review for those who are looking into making these apartments there feature home. Well to start off prepare for constant water shut-offs with no warning and the company not doing anything for the residents, water pipes are breaking here all the time leaving residents without water for as long as they need to. There’s s been times where water has been off for a week could be more. Did they provide rentable restrooms? Well short answer is NO. When the water is off they wont step up and rent portable restrooms or portable hand washing stations, residents are left to their luck. Considering this is an apartment community with rent being $2,700-$3,000+ fixtures here take a while to get done, last fixture took half a year to get fixed leaving residents close to the area without a walkway. Also there is NEVER visitor parking available because the own residents use them, even if you complain to the office you will continue to see the same cars parking there. The Manager won’t do nothing about it she doesn’t get involved. The manager Miriam is actually never in the office, office hours say from 9am-5pm but shes just in the office for the last two hours. Residents don't last long here. If it’s not rent she not involved. Its a unfortunate because overall it’s a nice community..

By far the best property I have lived at! The property is always clean and well kept. Maintenance does a great job of up keeping the apartments. The manager Miriam is so helpful with anything you need. She has done so many amazing things and has showed us her constant dedication by starting new community events for our kids to enjoy.
