I buy Christmas stuff tonight. It's 90% off. When I go to a cashier to pay. She charge me the original price. I told her it's 90% off. She was angry and said I didn't want to pay. Then She put my stuff aside. And then help the other customer behind me. Her name's Elan. I asked her to give me my stuff back so I could go to the other cashier to pay .She told others that I didn't want to pay me . Why did she say I didn't want to pay? She wants me pay the original price while the item is on sale . She treat me like that because I'm buy a sale stuff or because I'm a Asian?

It was Christmas Eve and we needed stuff real fast. My mother-in-law was going home from rehab, and we had none of the right sized bedding for her hospital bed. Walmart had it all: XL twin sheets, grab bars, pill boxes, and a waterproof mattress pad. We were even able to find a few things that we needed for ourselves. Best of all, we got out of there quickly through self-checkout.

I am a recent Walmart shopper. I had never been! About 2 years ago a new neighbor, that I have grown to love, said "come on" were going to Walmart. I was then 68 years old . Never been to Walmart. Well, I had a blast! It really is fun, until you run into "WINTER". Walmart employee. The employee made me feel less than human. Made my Walmart experience painful. I was checking out thru the do it yourself lane, (all new to me) almost done, this "Winter" stopped me, by bumping me away from my cart. She stops and clears all my purchases, and re-rings them. I asked her what she was doing, all she said was "you know what I'm doing". I do/did not. She stood close to me, not explaining what she was doing. I'm now, not happy with her. I did find out her name, "Winter". My friend was now in my car, wondering where I was. Told him what happened. He said "She thought you were stealing"!. WHAT!!??!! I was furious. I tried calling the store when I got home. I wanted to let the Manager know what had happened. I could not get a live person! No one answers the phone!! Tried next day, no one answers!! How does "Winter" get away with treating people like this? How does Walmart "Superstore" Santa Ana, get away.with not answering their phones???? To this day, I cannot get thru on their phones!! No one answers, and "Winter" needs a class in Customer Service,at the very least! Horrible! Not liking Walmart so much!

Not a terrible Walmart. I always have low expectations when it comes to Walmart. This one is open late- until 11pm at night. But not 24 hours, sadly. I was in need of tampons and chocolate- yes that time of month; started while I was out having dinner. So an emergency trip to whatever was open was needed lol I also grabbed some clothes and travel essentials for my upcoming work trip- I'm going to a conference out of state for work in Florida. And needed some travel stuff like soap and miniature deodorant, etc. Oh! And I found some wax to wax my partners chest hair. Sorry if that is too much information hahaha Pretty good haul overall!!

I went to Walmart for some Thanksgiving shopping after I researched pricing and they had the best prices. I went through the check out and paid for everything & I am exiting the store & I had my receipt in my hand & as I was walking out I motioned that I wasn't going to give my receipt to the man & Abraham called me a fucking bitch ... Loud enough for my child and the person behind me to hear ... I can't understand why someone would call me that because I wouldn't give them a receipt.

Worst customer service. Sold us an obviously returned electric scooter with missing parts and when we went to return they didn't want to give us a refund. They claimed we replaced the scooter with a different one and said it was fine when we bought it. Maybe if they actually checked their returns they wouldn't have this problem. Lack of proper training comes from above and unfortunately the customers have to deal with it later. They had us there for an hour while they "checked the security camera". The manager Daimon was essentially useless with his terrible customer service skills. He got more done texting on his phone than doing his job. I guess if you want to be a manager at Walmart it doesn't take much!

If I could give zero stars, I would worst customer service I have ever had. Winter in returns so rude and I willing to help. Also store is very messy looks like a tornado hit. How is it that customer service closes at 8? 3 hours before the store closes? Lazy employees that's what's going on. The fact that management is allowing the customer service to close 3 hours early is straight laziness.

This is wrong I ordered thru online they didn't have my order & said they couldn't give me a refund how is this my fault the company should get sued for there mistake they said a employee by the name Anthony signed for it thru the customer help center online

I usually go to this Walmart since it's pretty close to where I live, I liked to get their soups for meals, in particular the tortilla soup. It's 200ish calories give or take, now I will never be getting soups from there ever again. I found a gnarly caterpillar worm thing in it?!! [look at pics below ]

BEWARE!! The AUTO service center at Walmart Super Center 3600 W Mcfadden Ave Santa Ana, CAI have been taking our family car there for the past 10+ years (same car), today they told me that they could not do my oil change (after 2 1/2 hours of waiting). First they told me, they didn't have the tool to remove the filter cap (they did for the past 10 + years). Then they said they could not remove the drain plug nor the top of the oil filter canister because they were stripped. I check both of them and they look fine to me... with no sign of wear. But I am no expert so if they are stripped? Walmart employees are to blame!They were very busy this morning despite me arriving there 15 minutes after they opened. There were 4 cars ahead of me, but I did see more than 5 employees there. It seemed they worked extremely slow. I am thinking they simply didn't want to do the car. As I stated above, I could not see the physical issues they mentioned (stripped drain plug and stripped oil canister cover). They looked fine to me. I asked 3 of the workers there why they did not do the oil change and they all had different answers as to what happened and why. I will now have to take the car to a mechanic to check if true.UPDATE 10/9/2023: I was able to take our car to the mechanic shop we use for many years... none of the issues stated by the workers at Walmart were true! They lied! and I think I know why.... a year ago I had to argue with the auto center manager regarding being charged twice for an oil filer. He was a stubborn man and would not help me. So I went and talked to the store manager and she knew exactly what I was talking about and showed her their receipt and she did refund met. The she must of had a talk with him.Needless to say, after 15+ years of taking our cars for service to the Santa Ana Walmart without issue, we are DONE WITH THEM! Never again.

The worst Walmart, the restrooms filthy, They take almost 25 mins to help you get things from lock up, they definitely lack customer service, check your policies man, or open yourself to a lawsuit for making threats to customers. Pathetic excuse of a manager

Walmart will do what Walmarts do. I think retail is a tough racket. But man when you start treating everyone as theives and liars it might be time to get a new line of work to get into. How you treat people matters and some of these walmarters have gone off the deep end. But there actually a few that go above and beyond at the location in Irvine the man in sorting goods older guy (meaning not a youngster not that he's old) anyway he is a solid employee he silently goes above and beyond even stood in line once for me cuz he helped me get an item no one else would bother with , and the older guy at the front door he is so genuinely friendly he makes people feel welcome. The dark hair longer dark hair 20-30 something lady she is super nice too she works the door checking receipts. For the most part this Walmart treats people right. They have always been kind to me.and helpful

The worst service ever in a retail store, I tried to get someone to open the case for a product and the guy in pharmacy just sat on his butt and said push the red button which I had done but no one came for 15mins and then I was paying and ask for the store manager and the girl didn't know who that was!WTF happened to training and knowing at least your manager!Sad & Ridiculous
