This is wrong I ordered thru online they didn't have my order & said they couldn't give me a refund how is this my fault the company should get sued for there mistake they said a employee by the name Anthony signed for it thru the customer help center online

Literally waited for 40 mins just for some help in the pain section , no one had keys , spoke to 8 different workers , really bad customer service
